As a Slurpee connoisseur, I will say that this location has the best machines in Leesburg--I tend to get less Slurpee diarrhea toward the beginning of my pouring experience and they end up having that perfect Slurpee ConsistencyTM for upwards of 10 minutes after fixing the feller! Little things add up, people.Anyway, go here.”

“Overall, a good experience when on Christmas Eve mostly because of Jonathan a sales associate at BB. There was a very long line and a lot of bare shelves but Jonathan go me in and out quickly. He was courteous, professional, and warm. Best Buy did well making him a part of their team.”
“Had a problem with my phone which turned out to be a SIM card and they replaced it for free. Likely the first time I've gotten out of the Verizon store without having to pay something. The staff was quick and effective and fix the problem the first time.”

“I'm autistic and have social anxiety and this is the best customer service I've experienced. I brought my item to the counter and the woman rang me up, took my cash, and gave me my change without speaking or eye contact. I know this isnt what most people want in a customer service setting, but it was so refreshing to not have to force myself into painful eye contact or anticipate what im expected to say next. This was the least stressful shopping experience ive had in a long time.”
