I needed a lot of handholding when wiring money to a contractor for a building project and they made the process so easy for me. Also they helped set up accounts for my children and even facilitated my youngest daughter’s online banking process when I was unable to do so! Super friendly folks who make me feel comfortable even when I am in over my head! Their approach is why I am banking here; it’s hard to find this kind of service in a bank nowadays!”

“I've been going to this branch for several months now since the BBT branch closed; this one opened.Most times I've been treated with care and respect.Several months ago Truist fraud department called me regarding a strange charge on my debit card. They ended up filing a claim for meThen a week ago I noticed a strange entry on my bank statement. I did some research and went to the branch to discuss what happened. They suggested I close out the account and open a new one...which I did. I then received a document that I had to sign and turn in.I have talked to the teller before...I explained to her what I was doing with the document with turning it in. She was asking we what was it for etc..it was related to an account breach ..she still questioned me about it. I said I'm just turning it in. The branch manager heard and said just make a copy and give it back to the patron.”

“I went in to the One Loudoun branch today and was greeted by a very friendly female teller. She directed me to a manager due to the nature of my business and I found him to be very helpful. He was quickly able to resolve my issue. Truly good customer service all around. I noticed that the website occasionally glitches when loading pages - hopefully they are working on resolving those issues. The app works very well on my iPhone. To be honest, I chose Bank of Clarke because it was not a "National" bank. Having been a Bank of America account holder for 35 years, I can attest that National does not always equal good. As far as fees go, I have yet to encounter any. I have the free golden eagle checking and it seems to be great.”

“The Leesburg branch of Summit Bank is filled with extremely friendly and courteous employees, and I feel welcomed every time I walk in the lobby. It makes me feel valued to by known by my name. Any time I have an issue or request, Debbie and/or Sarah handle it immediately -- most of the time faster than I could reasonably expect. The ladies working as tellers are just flat nice people.
