Zero communication on email! I sent 3 emails regarding my order and did not receive any reply. Very disappointed in this company. I finally received gun but should have cancelled due to poor customer service! Hopefully I will never need warranty work!

Bought my zf5 over black Friday 2022. Had questions for customer service, and they were super helpful. It has truly become one of my favorite guns. I can't get enough of it. I just wish the mag seeding was a little more seemless. Regardless, I would buy it over and over again.

Ordering and shipping went well. After only 30 rounds the bolt locked forward on my ZF-5P. I filed a warranty claim last week and was told Zenith would send me a return shipping label. Here it is a week later, no lable and they are not answering thie phones. I do not have faith this will end well.

Customer service is abhorrent, possibly even non existent. I placed my order 9 days ago, I’ve sent 4 emails and gotten one vague response. I just want the product that they took my money for.

Customer service must be one guy that works part time, I emailed them asking when my order will ship that I placed at the time 7 days ago and 2 days later he replied blaming the FFLs but my order wasn’t even a FFL item it was a optic rail for the MP5 clones, I gave them my order number and told them what it was and they didn’t even look into it, just blaming the FFLs. 0/5 stars

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZENITH. Took my money no problem and after 4 delays and 9 months of waiting I still don't have the firearm I purchase. Contacted them for a refund and it's been a month of me waiting to get my money back. Worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life. I think I'll have to take them to court at this rate, just to get my money back.Update: I have been refunded via paper check in the mail.

I bought a zf5 brand new directly from zenith. I get the weapon, waste 100’s of rounds before I realize the front sight is moving a a half inch either way. Totally lose. I contact them, they direct me to send it back to them in a email. Promising me they will keep me updated when they send it back. I get a phone call from my ffl, said they had my 9mm hand gun, I don’t know what they are talking about, because again no email. So I go down there and they have my zf5. Now I got to go through another background check. The quality is not there. I own a hk93 and a hk94 pre ban. No where near the quality. Bad customer support. And if you leave anything less than a perfect review they block it. There is a a million ways to do more reviews. Bad taste in my mouth for zenith firearms. I asked them to paint a nut and bolt for me, and were going to charge me. Got my gun back, where they drilled a hole through the front sight post to bolt it down, they scratched up my finish on my gun. Quality is bad

These guys absolutely went above and beyond on my repair. They not only completed the work that was contracted, they also re laser engraved and decorated the weapon after work, and even milled and reblued a 3rd party piece I was working on fitment with a file on.Great service, thanks guys! Shoot out Becky and Cory!

I was there with husband, he was picking up an antique 20 gage that had belonged to his father, it had been in storage, it was being cleaned and sighted. He also bought a new sight. He was happy with work and cost.

I am currently going through a warranty issue on my zenith mp z5rs due to a nasty tooling mark. I spoke with Danielle on Tuesday the 6th who was absolutely awesome and very helpful. I got an email the following morning with a return label and sent it same day on Wednesday the 7th My bolt assembly arrived their today Friday the 9th. I hope to hear next week that they did the right thing and are going to replace damaged item. Their mp5’s are the best on the market and I was very excited and understand things get by QC. I trust they will do the right thing as everything to this point has been smooth and fast with absolutely great customer service. I will update once resolved. Thanks
