went in and tried to open a business account. Branch manager had an issue that I didn’t have any documents with my business name on it with my HOME address (which any smart business owner knows to keep your business address separate from your home address). She called corporate while I was there and they had no problem with anything. The branch manager kept repeating that a client had issues a few weeks ago with a similar situation and their account got shut down. She kept repeating that she was trying to protect me and after I told her that I didn’t ask for, nor want, her protection but she persisted with it. I’ve opened dozens of accounts with this paperwork I provided her and never had an issue. It turned into an ego battle and she refused to open the account and wasted 75 minutes of my time. Went to a different branch the next day and they got my account open in about 15 minutes. This branch manager will put on a fake sweet voice and tell you that she’s trying to do what’s best for you, all while making everything difficult. She’s about as clueless as they come.

AWFUL! Never go here or any Wells Fargo. Go to Eastman Credit Union! They’re amazing at Eastman. Wells Fargo is a joke.

Traveling and needed to do some personal banking. Set an appointment up online. Austin called to confirm and was waiting when we got the. One of the nicest and most professional interactions we have had. Thanks for taking care of us! Everyone was so friendly

Just waited in the drive-thru banking line in ABINGDON, VA for 45 minutes. The car in front of me was doing multiple transactions. All drive-thru lines were filled, and I couldn’t get out of line—was pinned in. The bank closed the drive-thru at 12 with multiple cars waiting in all the lines. Needless to say, I was not able to take care of my business. In this situation why could they not let the person with so many multiple transactions come into the bank. I have NEVER had an experience like this.
