3/13 10:10am I entered the usps with granted a UNTAPED BOX ? the clerk whom customer service skills hasn’t been updated since her last haircut in the 80s proceeded to belittle me ask me if I received the package open and continue to treat me as if I was stupid and lazy. I completely understand. It was my fault for assuming somewhere that packs and ships packages would not have an issue putting tape on my box for me that was completely my fault. I guess I Totally deserved it since the same lady has so many complaints and is still working upfront. All you have to do is mention 80s haircut and everyone knows who you’re talking about

I run a business for selling clothes and I dropped a package off a week ago (I have a 3 day limit to get stuff mailed out or I’m penalized). I thought maybe someone accidentally forgot to scan the package before sending it. I called and gave them the tracking number, they said it wasn’t there. That “everything they receive is mailed out the day they receive it.” Magically after I got off the phone I get a notification saying the package is at the facility. This makes me look like I’m irresponsible and lying to my customers. I always drop customer orders off same day or next day after their purchase. I could understand a day or two of it being delayed but a whole week is unacceptable. It’s extremely disappointing because I rely on this for my income!

The mullet lady is the worst example of customer service I have saw in a long time. I taught customer service reps at a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years. I I would use videos of her of what not to do. I mean it’s a joke really and says a lot that the building continues to let her be a representative. I have never looked at any of the reviews until today, but it’s obvious that this is not an isolated opinion. Can someone tell me if she runs the place? The only way I can figure that she keeps the job.

All workers are miserable and super unfriendly but Lisa takes the cake. The way she talks to people is astonishing she still has a job. One of the rudest people I have ever met.

Round two, now being charged double for the same packages. Getting back charged for a packages I weighed and put the measurements on the box on the label. This place has no idea what there doing. They continue to mess things up. I honestly don’t know why I keep going here.

It’s definitely a post office. If you end up receiving your mail, don’t expect a smile or greeting. You may even be one of the lucky ones and not have your package too damaged.
