QR code return is quick, once you get through the line! I gave 3 stars because the music in the store was too loud for my comfort and the guy in front of me was wearing strong smelling cologne which also made me uncomfortable. My sensory processing sensitivities made this experience less pleasant for me. Your experience may vary.

today a man with a black beard showed up at our house and kept honking his horn i went out there bearfooted in the cold thinking he was just wanting to know if someone was here..he gave me a whole matress i wasnt able to lift and left me standing there because he was scared my dogs would bite him after being told they wouldnt he told me one has nipped before which is very hard to believe considering shes never done that and people have walked up on our porch to deliver packages i am extemely mad considering he didnt fully do what his job entails! My package is still sitting outside because i wasnt able to bring it on the porch by myself.

I paid for insurance, packaging and shipment on 9 September 2023. Package was lost. It took over a month for UPS to agree it was lost. Claim submitted at this local store. I have called numerous times. I rarely get my calls returned. I am still waiting for an insurance check.

I sell stuff online on occasion and every time I use the UPS store in Abingdon, VA because they provide excellent customer service! I'm always in and out. I've never had a problem doing an Amazon return the staff is knowledgeable friendly and provide a pleasant experience unlike our local post office!

I have been using this UPS store for years and have only had good experiences. Have made many Amazon returns here and get a refund before I get home. I always keep my receipts just in case something goes wrong, but nothing has. I have always found the workers friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.Recently I needed to ship an expensive guitar. So many places online were trying to charge $40+ for a guitar box. I stopped by here to see their options, and wasn't sure which would fit. Their largest box is only $10, and I was told if the guitar didn't fit I could return it with the receipt. Luckily, the guitar fit. I always do my own packing just to be sure things are secure. When I priced how much it would cost to ship, UPS's price (including insurance) was less than half the cost of FedEx or USPS. Was easy to print out the shipping label and get it sent out.

This is the third time this location/company has dropped the ball on my shipments. This location is HORRIBLE! Paid $130 for next day early am and was told my shipment would arrive by 10 am. It arrived close to 6 pm the next day. When I spoke to the store manager by the name of Jebb (Jeff?) he said he had to find out why it was delayed and was waiting on an approval or denial to refund this. I paid for a service that was promised to me and I never got. I deserve a refund. He also said I would need to get the refund by a paper check, I paid on my credit card. You’d think they’d refund to the same as was used. Clearly the receipt and tracking show the timeline. This seems like someone trying to get away with my money. I spoke to ups about this directly who also said I need to call and get my refund. I paid them in good faith. Glad they’re trying to get over on me. Prior, I was guaranteed delivery for certain dates and time, but the packages arrived two to three days later. Funny thing, all shipments went to the same address. I guess it’s time to report this location.
