My partner and myself stopped in to get gas and drinks last night. I go to this store every other morning when getting off of work and have never had a problem until this point. The first interaction with the female night shift cashier wasn’t to bad. She did have an issue when asked to take 15 dollars for a fountain drink, and use the remainder for gas though. She said she rang it up wrong and tried to make a phone call to someone, saying she didn’t know how to fix her mistake. Of course that person didn’t answer.
My partner after pumping his gas needed to use the restroom. Which we are human and have that need. Idk about anyone else but I for one don’t time my restroom visits, unless I’m at work and know I have a limited amount of time.
I parked next to the blue Toyota truck that the female cashier drives waiting on my partner to come out. When he did come out he was visibly upset, saying that the woman cashier pounded on the bathroom door and yelled at him for being in there for 30 minutes. My partner knew he had been in the bathroom for 14 minutes. He said, at first the cashier told him someone had been waiting on him- so he retorted with isn’t there a second bathroom. She said, it was out of order and then she stated they have had overdoses there. Profiling my partner, very incorrectly I may add. She was very rude and her actions were uncalled for.
I don’t think I’ll revisit this store at night again.

The girl driving the blue Toyota truck is as rude as they come. She works nights and will not take a credit card. I own a business with a small fleet of vehicles and this was the station we used, but no more. I've instructed all employees not to stop here from now on.

I use to stop in here about every morning around 5:15 am, usually
there's a gentleman working and I've never had an issue. There's a girl that's been in there now and when she is working, she will only except cash. So now I've been going to the store on up the road, where they will take my card. Only excepting cash is typically what one does when skimming the till.

I stopped again a few morning later. I pulled by the pumps and when I got out, the pumps had the msg "see cashier". I went to the door, it was locked and this same girl just stared straight into the back of the store with a smirk in her face. When she did turn around, I said standing outside the door " customer service has went to hell" and she started yelling something and flipping me a middle finger. After I got back into my vehicle, she came out the door screaming at me " we got your tag number you're not allowed back on the property because you tried to run me over last time and yes I seen your review". This is a complete lie. The time she was referring to, when I pulled into the store, I went around the building and to the outside of the pumps, she was standing between the pumps and the door smoking. She was never even in front of my vehicle.

There is a young man(kid) who works there. He has been rude to me before. But today he refused service to my husband, who is an above knee amputee. Cameras will show how long my husband waited to check out while this kid was on his cell phone. And because my husband told him he’d like to get waited on, he proceeded to throw a little temper tantrum and refused to check him out. Is this really ok with the managers? Not to mention, are you going to allow an employee to treat a handicapped person this way? He needs a quick lesson in respect to the public in the form of “go home”.

My partner was there yesterday with their young child and set down their keys and phone and couldn't find them. The cashier wouldn't allow them to use the store phone to locate it or to call someone to come help them. They also had an aggressive communication style and told them they couldn't loiter and have their car sitting at the gas pump, and got even more rude when they explained once again that they couldn't move the car as they needed to find the keys.

This store is the worst place I have ever been in. I was charged for my stuff and the money was took off the card and the cashier didn't know what she was doing ( to messed up to be working) and had the register messed up and wouldn't let me have my stuff or wouldn't put my money back on my card

I always stop in at the Shell on Porterfield hwy when I go to Brumley , the people that work there seem to always be new but I suppose they should pay them a bit more money on the hour , I mean working alone at night and all these " Unstable " , unsupervised people running around I personally think they deserve TOP $$ .
