If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my car there for bumper repair. When it was returned to me, my hood was dented in multiple places, a huge paint chip had been made, and there were multiple puncture holes/chips all over it. I took it back and they refused to acknowledge their mistakes or fix anything. DO NOT USE PIONEER CHEVY FOR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS!!!!!

I purchase a used car there at a good deal 2006 escape 103,000 miles and it drives good for $8000 was told nothing was wrong with it after a month of having it til now I've put $3000 into this car because it needed a new battery, rotors (which can happen so that isn't on them), new tires because they dry rotted, and $1000 on a problem with one of my doors that they can't figure out what's wrong with it after dealing with it 3 different times as a first time car buyer from a dealership instead of privately owned this is ridiculous

Just bought my new mustang at Pioneer Chevrolet, and the staff were amazing, dog friendly, patient, and worked hard to get me into my car. I would recommend giving them a call if you need a vehicle!

I came to have my Chevy Cruze's thermostat replaced and ended up having to take it back in a couple weeks to get the coolant line reconnected. I had to pay them $480 so they could fix a mistake they made

Purchase went smooth not your regular dealership. Made me feel like family during the process. They have gain me as a loyal customer. Lenard was a excellent person I cant say salesman because he answer all my question without the need to sale me anything. Just straight honest answers. Hard to find theses days.
