“I just had the BEST experience at the Abingdon Food City ? I was doing some grocery shopping & I'd been up all morning as my MIL has been in the hospital, so I stopped at Starbucks for coffee first. While checking out my 2 yr old spills my coffee after trying to take a sip & realizing it was HOT. The young man at the self check out Brennan was SO NICE about it (I felt TERRIBLE ?) & assured me things happen & not to worry about it ? as I was getting ready to leave he stops me & tells me if I go back to starbucks they would make me a new one. I went back and the barista Kylie made me one with the BEST attitude & sweetness ?? it's been a really tough couple of days & this kind of customer service really turned my spirits around ? ty Brennan & abingdon food city ❤️”

“This pharmacy goes out of their way to help you. Great staff wîth knowledgeable people working there. It's not your sterile CVS type. Highly recommend this place. Can't say enough about them. They also deliver your meds if requested. I drive over 25 minutes just so I can get my meds from people I trust.”

“The store was clean and well stocked. The only thing I saw that could have been better was we saw more than 1 team member on their phone while working. Yes, they had an earbud in. They weren't holding their phone... but they were not aware of a customer needing help because they were on their phone talking while they work. If they worked in the back where no customers might need help, that's totally different. But to be on the sales floor on their phone is totally unacceptable from a customers point of view!”

“I had to call the pharmacy a handful of times and wait for an extremely extremely lengthy time but when I finally connected with someone 9n 3 separate times over the phone it was not at all pleasant. But I went in person and they were slammed busy I was expecting the same treatment as I received over the phone but the woman who helped me was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXTREMELY KIND VERY VERY HELPFUL patient detailed in answering ALL of my questions and concerns. I Expressed to her what happened over the phone all 3 times and quickly she apologized for that uncalled for behavior and assured me that she'd handle it. And that that's not a normal reaction from this crew. So I accepted the apology (we all have bad days) and I HAVEN'T had any issues since. I have been in a few times more and it is always different employees in store and in pharmacy and each one so far have been decent. But the woman who helped me in person the first in person visit I made was such a delight. She truly deserves to be recognized for the way she approached the situation with me because it is very rare seen in today's world. Because of her being so awesome I am definitely rateing them 5 stars. And also because I've not had any other issues.”
