“My car died in the parking lot while I was in Walmart. John the Service Manager not only helped me find jumper cables, but he helped me try to jump off my car too. When my car still didn’t start, John helped me pick out a battery that was right for my car and even installed it for me in the parking lot. He went above and beyond to help get me back on the road.
