Not only changed my appointment time without telling me but then cancelled my appointment without calling. This was two days before prom and were very rude when I asked what happened. Keep in mind this is my first prom. safe to say I will never be coming here again. Not to mention last time they did my nails they fell off 2 days after they were done and had many air bubbles in them.

Dragonfly is the absolute best. Literally everyone there is so talented in terms of nails and aesthetic services! Plus massages and now a full hair salon! It’s a one stop shop and I’m always so excited to spend time with the dragonfly family!

Had an excellent pedicure experience with nail tech Kylie today! She was very professional and kind and did an excellent job! She sat down with me and helped me pick out my color just to my liking and was eager to try any design or extra details I wanted added ♥️ very clean & tidy business as well which is always a plus!!!
Go see Kylie for your next pedicure you won’t be disappointed ?very flexible with scheduling also which is a plus!

I had a Brazilian wax with Peyton today and it was a great experience. She's very easy to talk to, making what could be an uncomfortable situation much better. She was thorough with the sensitive area and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I've had many waxes before, and this was one of the better experiences I've had. At the end, my skin was smooth and not at all irritated from the product. I'm new to the area and will keep her as my waxer so long as she is doing them. Highly recommend this lovely young woman.

Excellent massage with Jacob. It was a full hour though and thats what I paid for. If time is deducted for changing and introduction that needs to be clarified. Some places do include this and some don't but it needs clarification.

I scheduled a quick 30 minute massage with Jacob because I needed some post- holiday self care. Best massage of my life! I’ve been to 5 star resorts and didn’t get near the same relief and relaxation as Jacob was able to provide in 30 minutes. I’m going to treat myself more often!

I got my hair cut (a major chop and style change) by Peyton Whaley and it was exactly what I wanted! She was very accommodating and I felt really customized my haircut. I would highly recommend her!

Not sure what's behind the raves for this business. Maybe they excel in other areas, but I have to say the mani-pedi combo I received was mediocre at best; and $65 is a bit steep for just trimming nails and cleaning cuticles. I did elect to get some kind of gel polish which I thought was supposed to help protect and strengthen my nails--it did neither and started to chip 2 days later. Cute place, but I will continue to look for other options.

My first experience here was great, My tech was named Emma, so sweet and did a wonderful job! So I was excited to go back! I scheduled this online, and Emma wasn't an option so I opted for Ella. I set two appointments with her for a mani and pedi with the same technician for 12:00 and 1:15. I was 10 minutes late for basically reserving her for 2 hours. And she turned me away.... for 10 minutes. No sweat off my back missing an appointment with WoahVicky Jr.
