This was the third store I went in to to beg for help. Without hesitation the young woman stepped up, and recognized the situation to be serious for me. Her with the manager handled the situation swiftly. They were able to restore my number, and delete the other two numbers from my accounts and restore the My Verizon Account Access as well as put in more security measures. Im sure it is just a step for a Stepper, but for me this is a great relief. I am homeless and travel for work. My Phone is my lifeline for work, housing, and how to stay in touch with everyone. I am very much appreciative.”

“The staff at this Verizon store in Abingdon, VA is super helpful and friendly. Alex helped me pick out and set up accessories for my new phone, and Jeremiah set up my new phone for no charge and transfered all my contacts and photos, etc. I definitely would recommend this Verizon store and staff.”
