My tax prep pro was extremely helpful and informative to me. She was patient and had my best interest in mind. She offered suggestions that saved me money and will help me in the future. She was friendly and professional. I had very little wait time and received a telephone reminder of my upcoming appointment. She explained each step of my tax prep and why it was necessary. My appointment was scheduled to coincide with my work schedule which was important to me.
