I loved the service at gibsons they fixed the problem and even helped me out more than the first problem I had. They were nice people, a lovely space and I felt they really knew what they were doing. It was quickly fixed and I was back on the road.

I recently was there and the man that owns this place is so unprofessional..he was literally in his cleaning ladies face pointing his finger, screaming, and I really thought he was going to hit her all because there was a cobweb behind a chair... crazy, they had to call the cops before he would let them leave...I also brought my car here and paid 1500.00 to have it fixed and it's still making the noise, he's very unprofessional and mean

It was, as always, a great experience. They are courtious and very knowledgeable. I went to have my car inspected. I knew the right front head light wasn't working. I expected to pay an extra 100 bucks. When the technician checked it he found it was only a lose bulb. He could have charged me for a new bulb & installation. What a very pleasant surprise when all I owed was the inspection fee.
Going to Gibson's is like being with family! Good, knowledgeable & trustworthy. Next time your car needs service try Gibson's. You will be glad you did!

Love Gibson Service Center!
Always professional. Oil changes are fast. We have come to trust the service and recommendations. Have used their services for several years.
The new building is so nice. Parking is no longer an issue. The lounge is clean and comfortable while waiting. Prices are reasonable. Thank you for taking care of us!

I recently took my vehicle to Gibson’s for a multi-point inspection, oil change, and inspection. They took such great care of me! Did not overcharge or try to force unnecessary work like the dealerships I’ve been to in the past. Highly recommend!

I am new to the area and was in need of an auto garage to repair my vehicle. I searched google reviews for garages in the area and found Gibson reviews to be encouraging . Boy was I ever fooled. Perhaps they buy reviews, I do not know, because my experience was anything but helpful at all. They took my car in and it was two weeks before they even got started on it. It was three weeks before I got my car back. That put me at a severe disadvantage. I had no way out to get food, groceries, work, or take care of my own needs, without bumming a ride. Even offering to pay a ride’s total gas bill is like pulling teeth to get some help and there is no cab service in the area. Not only was I severely expensively overcharged , they further damaged my vehicle in what should have been a simple oil change. Unbeknown to me, the day I picked my car up, it began leaking oil and had never leaked oil before. It was kind of a lot. Now, I am out of a ride again and having to find another garage and pay out more money. I don’t trust to go back.
I am stuck at home with no way out. I am newly divorced and having it rough as it is. This is the last thing I needed to add to expense and no wheels that I desperately need. I will never do business with Gibsons again, trust google reviews and highly discourage any one else from doing business with these people in the future. I found them to be inconsiderate of my time and circumstances, took financial advantage of and a total lack of competence in being thorough on the work they did on my vehicle. They really put me in a bind in more ways than I can say. Don’t be fooled by their fancy garage because it spoke nothing to the disappointment that I received. Or , “BURNED”, would be a more fitting word….????!!!!!!!!! I went to them for help and they just compiled more struggles for my life and wallet?……very upset…
