Shout out to the cashier that went and got her hand held and helped during the clearance madness! I stopped at 5 different locations and this was the only one that had employees willing to help and ring up items correctly. And shout out to the awesome manager that discounted the discontinued items that wasn't ringing up right in the app! Y'all did amazing out of the Bristol VA and Abingdon locations. I had an interview at a Bristol VA location who the manager badmouthed the surrounding stores this one with some serious backlash a while back and I never thought to give this location a chance but so glad I did I hope y'all keep up the good work

Love this store but the cashiers are stuck stocking while they should be ringing people up they need more help in this store! I see one person doing most of everything and is usually the same 2 people. Underpaid overworked no help. Something needs to change soon no wonder they have no help

Tried to use the self check out because no cashiers available. Sales prices didn't ring up. Went to find a cashier she couldn't fix it so called another. Waited and waited until the computer timed out . So I put myitems back and left .by that time there was a long line
