I love this CVS. The Pharmacist is so nice and always helpful. If my medication isn't in stock they promptly order it and get it in usually the very next day.

Hateful staff, talked about me right in front of my face because I came in looking for something I didn’t even know was on sale, and was out of stock, so I asked if they had it. How was I supposed to know people have asked about it all week? Am I not allowed to ask for help?

I used self checkout but the machine kept telling me to put my items in the bagging area, but it was make-up that weighs nothing. The cashier was able to fix it from her register and the transaction went just as I had planned.

Seven cars deep in drive thru, went inside and after waiting in two lines to pick up prescription, each line 8 deep w pharmacy customers, total time from home to cvs and back.....3 hours....never ever again

Would of given zero stars if possible. Paige is very rude and does not know how to properly interact with customers. If she doesn't like her job she should find something else to do for work. She doesn't need to be working with the public if she wants to be rude and say unnecessary and unprofessional comments. With the amount of Pharmacy I would hope CVS would treat their customers who keep them employed and in business a little better. I will definitely file a former complaint. Thanks for the great service CVS.

Waited all day for a prescription that must be started quickly to work at all. Tried all day signing into account to see if ready but couldn’t ever receive text code to sign in. Finally got in at 7:30 pm to find out medication was out of stock and would arrive in a couple days.!!! NO ONE CALLED WITH THIS CRUCIAL INFORMATION! Called local Walgreens. Within 30 minutes they transferred prescription and I had in hand!

Very disrespectful staff, especially a guy named Steven... I really hate that asking if CVS gives a military discount upset him. With the way our country is right now, every penny helps...What an arrogant guy. I will never return to CVS again. Do yourself a favor and just go to Walgreens!
