I cannot recommend this company less, if you're able to steal internet from the neighboring McDonald's free wifi you'll have a more stable and stronger connection. Incredibly long hold times, unhelpful customer service. Go literally any other route for internet and God help you if this is your only option. Every good review has no explanation, or is for the friendliness of their installation techs, do not let that 2/5 fool you, that extra star is not deserved.

Absolutely terrible, every week my power goes out and then they promise to have the power on in 40 minutes. But it doesnt come on for 6 hours. And dont get me started on the internet. The Internet doesnt even work most of the time. Usually I have to use cellular data. Bottom line, terrible

BVU really needs to get their stuff together! I’m either losing internet or my power keeps surging! I need to get a surge protector for my systems... I think I may switch providers! No disrespect but I really shouldn’t have to pay for service that’s not going to work properly ?
