I called from Florida twice, to track 'forwarded' mail from VT. Neither time was the phone answered. I let it ring x 3 min each time. What's up with that?

Never had a problem with any of the staff yet and I've been living here for over a year. Everyone is pretty much always nice or decent towards me and my postal needs. COVID seems to have made a lot of issues with mail being delivered properly in a timely manner. Some things get lost but that will happen almost anywhere from time to time. At least everything gets delivered to me eventually.

I am a tourist visiting Woodstock for the first time, staying at the Quechee State Campground. Today, I needed to mail a letter, and chose to do business with this office. I was going down Center St in a thunderstorm downpour, missing the outside entrance. I quickly made a right turn pulling in the area to the side of the building. When I pulled in to the parking space I noticed a sign stating I was in a no parking spot. A mailman was removing mail from his mail truck. I decided to ask him if I could give him my letter and leave. No sooner I stood up from the driver’s seat, I heard this man shout rudely I couldn’t park there, and demanded me to move my car. I walked 50’ to the mailbox in front of the office, returning to my car in approximately 45 seconds. Returning to my car I was confronted by the female manager, demanding me to leave and shouting never to step foot on their property again. My wife and I came to Woodstock to see the fall colors like many tourists this time of year. Don’t frequent this post office, or you will receive the same pungent customer service. I would rate this post office a zero, but their algorithm forces me to at least choose one star before they will accept this review.

I love this post office. Beautiful space, friendly staff, reasonable hours. It's unfortunate to see so many 1-star reviews, especially the ones saying the staff is rude or unhelpful. My experience could not have been more opposite, and I'm wondering if it's the reviewers, not the staff, that has had an attitude/politeness issue.

We stopped in here as we traveled through New England last fall to purchase stamps for the post cards we were mailing to our grandchildren so they could follow us on our trip. It was a breeze. In and out. Can't rate their delivery system here.

If there was a zero rating that is what this post office would get! I sent a Christmas gift to a friend in town, have proof of deliver on December 20th and they lost it! They have been extremely rude when my friend or family have gone in to address the issue. All they say is they can't find it, this is after a phone call confirming it was there!!! They need to replace this gift but they offer absolutely no resolution!! I will notify higher level personnel responsible for that office and see if I get any further assistance

Moved to Woodstock last year and our experience has been good both for mail delivery, and especially when receiving chicks via USPS ;) Keep it up!

Unfortunately definitely filled almost entirely with incompetent people and frustrating attitudes. I could go on and on as to why, but would rather hold back on specific experiences. Shame, really...

Lost two of my packages and then lied about it. They stated they were delivered, but never happened. Would not help to resolve this issue at all.
