Please be aware of the details before scheduling with Splendid Chaos. We scheduled manicures and pedicures to be done side by side at the same time. The owner, to our surprise, said she would be doing both of us... and proceeded to go back and forth quickly, subsequently doing a sloppy job. She was clearly trying to get us out of there quickly. She then had the audacity to turn the credit card charge point around to me and suggest I leave a larger tip (for her). We are thankful there are other reputable and less greedy salon establishments in the Upper Valley.

April did my hair and makeup for my elopement. It was beautiful! She really is very creative and a professional. She had fun wedding music playing and was wonderful to chat with. Umm can we talk about how amazing April is. My wedding is next weekend and I'm a farmer sooo needless to say I went in kind of a mess. I don't usually color my hair but wanted some consistency in color for my wedding. My tips were lighter than my roots because of the sun. I didn't really know what I wanted other than I wanted some consistency and for it to look natural. April took 10 seconds to figure out the color and was ON POINT. It was the best color I've ever had. Also, while we were waiting for the color to set, she started researching lash extensions for me and setting up an appointment. During a time where most people are burnt out and don't particularly have the capacity to do their job well, April somehow doubled down. Big thanks to April.

I love my new haircut! I have curly hair and April immediately put me at ease. She completely transformed my grown-out mess into a cute French Bob. Also, crazy affordable! Highly recommend this salon.

Brittany did an excellent job with my hair color. After doing it myself, my hair was brassy and not at all looking good. Brittany applied the right blend of low lights and highlights to make my hair gorgeou!

Absolutely LOVE the both the kindness and expert hair care I have received here. Brittany has been my stylist and she's an absolute pro. I had a corrective hair cut (from different salon) on my first visit and she fixed it in a snap. Today, we began a color transition (to gray) and she absolutely nailed it with our first phase treatment. I'm so impressed and delighted to have found this salon since moving to VT. Thank you!

Love April's cuts and balayage. She books up, so call far (like months) in advance!! Haven't worked with the other stylists but all seem good from what I've seen

In town for a wedding and had a great pedicure with Lisa. She had a lot of colors to choose from, shaped and colored the nails beautifully and gave an A+ foot massage! Drastically cut down on some swelling I've been having as is late. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. Definitely suggest for a manicure or pedicure but I'm sure it's great for a blow out, cut, color, etc as well.

Lisa did a a topnotch job with our manicures today! She had a fabulous selection of colors to choose from. I absolutely love how she worked her emery board to take care of our cuticles rather than what I've experienced with other manicurist from other salons who typically push cuticles back with a metal tool. It was so gentle and my cuticles look great! She shaped my nails beautifully. As always, her hand massages are so relaxing, and I love the scent of the lotion she uses. Great price. Very relaxing atmosphere. Lisa is so personable. My daughter had her nails done as well and had an equally as nice experience. We will definitely visit Lisa at Splendid Chaos again!Service: Manicures

Hands down one of the best pedicures I have ever experienced! Lisa is a well-trained and highly experienced pedicurist. Her techniques in massage are second to none! She incorporates reflexology and really finds the sore points to release. And the massage is long! So relaxing! My favorite part was the hot towel wrap and the releasing of my toes. Great selection of colors and the final product came out great! I have very large callouses on my feet and she smoothed them right down.
