These folks are wonderful. Visiting the Woodstock area and staying in an AirBnB nearby, we discovered a low tire. We feared the worst trying to find a tire repair place and then having to wait for a fix. But Kedron Valley Garage was an answer to prayers. They identified the problem immediately, a self-tapping screw causing a slow leak. They promptly pulled off the tire, pulled out the screw and plugged the hole. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. And the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Jimmy, Tracey and Jeff! You are great ambassadors for Vermont.

Tracy and Jeff have managed my 1999 F250 and 2007 4Runner for over 15 years, and they are both still running and reliable! They are very honest, always finding the most cost effective solution to any problems, and get the work done efficiently and on schedule. As much as possible I try to support local, small businesses, and for 15 years they have never let me down.

Great experience here yesterday! A warning light had come on in my car indicating low tire pressure. I drove in, they checked my air pressure, and they sent me on my way with property inflated tires in less that 5 minutes.

Had AAA drop my car there having never used it before after a breakdown in the area. 24 hours later the car was fixed, complete with a cogent explanation from the mechanic as to what went wrong, what was fixed, and how it was tested. Everyone I dealt with there was pleasant. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Do NOT take your car here.I took my car in at the end of February to replace 3 wheel barrings. Tracey also suggested I replace my tires - I knew they were coming due so I asked her to price them out for me. She told me that she had a set of used studded tires that they could put on. I live in Boston and contemplated simply waiting until I returned home to put new ones on. I asked her if studded tires could be used during the summer - she ASSURED me they could, (they can not be used during the summer In Massachusetts- it many states, it's actually illegal to) that the summer weather would be a bit harder on the tires, but yes, absolutely I could drive them all summer long.Well, not even four months later and all 4 tires needed to be replaced. One went completely flat while my car was parked and I was in an appointment. I had just had the oil changed that morning and had the pressure checked in all 4. I took the car in, hoping they could repair the tire. The mechanic said, "This tire can not be repaired - it's too old. It's from 2011." Kedron Garage and Tracey sold me NINE YEAR OLD tires. The sidewall had started to rot and was literally coming apart. I immediately called Tracey and at first, she was, and I quote, "horrified" that she would have 9 year old tires on their rack. She insisted that she was going to "make this right" for me. Long story short, she has NOT made it right - she told me her mechanics said "well, it's not illegal" to sell 9 year old tires....she wanted to speak to my mechanic. I sent her the invoice, took pictures of the tires, gave her their number - and what did she say? That I needed to bring the tires 3 1/2 hours back up to her.Do not take your car here. They are dishonest and could care less about their customers personal safety or about doing the right thing.

They sold me NINE year old tires this past February - (which any decent, honest garage would never do) They were used studded tires that were not inexpensive and they didn't even last 4 months. One of the tires went completely flat while the car was parked - it was fine when I went into an appointment and when I came out 2 hours later, it was flat. Turns out, due to being 9 years old, the sidewall had started to rot and and come apart and thus, it could not be repaired. I called Kedron and spoke with the owner - Tracy - who at the start, assured me she wanted to "make things right" for me. After sending pictures, a copy of my mechanics invoice, my mechanices phone number, another mechanics opinion, - Tracey ended up telling me that I needed to drive the tires back up to her - which is 3 hours away. Seriously??? When I first told her the tires she sold me were 9 years old, she was "horrified", then after a couple days, she just never returned my calls and just simply chose to ignore me. AWFUL customer service - do NOT take your car here.

I recently had my car repaired at Kedron Valley Garage. The dealer quoted me $3,500...the part alone was $2,900. After I regained consciousness, I called KVG and they were able to do the repair utilizing a used part for $550 including labor. They are also vigilant during these times about cleanliness procedures both for the customer’s safety and their own.

Rob Tessier has worked on my cars for 6+ years. He has never encountered a problem that he cannot fix. One of my cars is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, so I have to bring it to the dealer when there’s a problem. I brought that car to the dealer 4 times for a recurring safety issue with the brakes. They kept the car for nearly 60 days while playing guessing games about which parts to replace. Fed up, I brought it to Rob and had it completely fixed in less than two hours.
