Junction fuels , oil, propane and maintenance services, is simply the best from A to Z, and it’s a true local company, hope this review helps you. All the best, Drew : Dead river bought Junction fuel this summer, have not told the public or customers,, there service prices are crazy expensive, it’s dangerous because customers can’t afford repairs or maintenance or emergency’s there oil prices and propane prices are no bargain, I can’t believe they have not notified us of this change, some Junction fuel employees have already left the company, it they notified the customers many would leave, like some of the past employees. Sad and not happy. Drew

I recently called Junction Fuels to discuss adding a second location to my account with the need to switch from the current fuel provider at that location and to sign up for a budget plan for the first time since becoming a customer four years ago. Kara was extremely knowledgable, informative, and patient while she walked me through everything need to accomplish this. She was quick and thorough to send out the paperwork that I needed to complete. I hung up the phone feeling very accomplished and understood everything she had told me about the process. If you're looking for a new fuel provider I highly recommend Junction Fuels.

I wish I could give Junction Fuels 10 stars, they have completely saved the day for my household TWICE! I don't think I have ever taken the time to review anything, but my experience was so outstanding that I wanted to talk about what a great company they are.On literally the coldest couple of days of the year in Vermont, my heating oil completely ran out (the timing was horrible). Seeing my breath inside my house, I called around to a bunch of heating companies who informed me that the earliest they could get out was a week to 2 weeks. It was getting to emergency status when I found Junction Fuels and gave them a call. I was able to talk to an actual person right away who was a caring human being, listening to my situation even though I wasn't a regular customer. Despite it being what I'm sure was the busiest couple of days of the year, they were about to come and get us heating oil THE NEXT DAY. I was sure our pipes would burst and we would have so much damage, and they totally saved us.This current winter I enrolled as a regular customer and they saved me a ton of money with their fuel price-lock. Once again, despite it being unseasonably warm, the polar vortex hit and we got -30 degree temps. Well once again I had let our heating oil run down (I am apparently terrible at remembering this) and was close to E. I emailed them in a panic and our heating oil was filled within a couple HOURS! When my wife texted my at work saying the heat was back on I seriously couldn't believe it.As a southerner who moved here, I truly never thought I would have an opinion on, let alone love, a heating business, but I absolutely do. Their top-notch service, quick response and action time, and general kindness and humanity are better than any other company I've ever worked with. I tell all my friends about this company, and couldn't recommend them more. Thank you Junction Fuels for saving the day!

On Christmas Eve day, I realized that the recent storm had caused my propane to be almost all consumed by my generator. Kara and others were great in getting a delivery to me that day. Could not be more pleased with Junction's service and their constant striving to satisfy the customer.

I love Junction Fuels!!! Better prices and better service, know-how and insights than the competition by a hundred million miles. They deserve to wipe out all the competition in the Upper Valley and reign supreme in the home heating game. I absolutely love them. I can't overstate it enough. Everyone at Junction fuels has been extremely helpful and courteous and I can't say enough good things about Kara, when I call, I get answers to my questions and I get them right away, and she always asks me if there's anything else she can do for me. It is so nice to do business with people that you know.

Dealing with so much with dad being sick, Junction Fuel office staff and the guys that placed tanks and propane were amazing. Everything was effortless which I appreciate. Wish we made the change sooner. I know your company is large but I hope you keep the feel of the small town provider. Thank you junction fuel! ?

Our hot water heater died on Wednesday 3/16 and my husband immediately called Junction Fuels and Fred called back within 10 minutes. Fred guided me through the process to disconnect the hot water heater so there would be less of a mess. I told him that I wanted a Bradford White hot water heater as soon as possible and by 7:40 a.m. the next day Tara had located one and called for payment. Fred immediately picked it up and installed it and we were good to go by 2 p.m.(less than 24 hours from when we discovered the problem). We cannot say enough good things about both Tara and Fred and are so appreciative of their promptly handling our problem. We would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation.Stephen and Janice McGuire
