Never written a Google review in my life but this Walgreen's location is so frustrating. Show up and it's closed. Check the hours on the website now every time before I leave the house... show up and closed. Multiple times.Every prescription has given me a pick up time "it will be ready by X" - not automated but an actual person tells me it will be ready- and when I show up, staff always tell me it won't be ready until "tomorrow". Pharmacy staff is kind and polite but very frustrating workflow. Store staff is neither kind nor polite.

Rude, disrespectful, inefficient, unprofessional, arrogant staff. At least one of them is probably stealing drugs (though I have no proof of this, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised) If they were my staff, I'd fire at least one of the three people I spoke with on the phone, but especially the man-child, how on earth did this boy ever get hired in the first place with an attitude like that? Unbelievable. They need to get rid of the call center, what a waste of time & energy I lost dealing with them, assuming she was in the store, because she told me she alone could fill the prescription, but then she put me on hold & the man child answered the phone, then he handed me to the third person & told me "We have no women working in the store now, you must be mistaken" He said he was going to hand me to another associate, but I asked him if he could please just complete the transaction for me, he basically said "I'm solving the problem by making you someone else's problem" (I'm paraphrasing) I believe the name of the fellow I spoke to last was Ben & he was helpful & answered my questions, but 3 people to accomplish one single basic task is a huge waste of the company's resources & money & a huge waste of the customers time & sanity. Get it together Walgreens!

I've never given a negative review about anywhere ever and Im nearly thirty. This place was that bad. Two of the older ladies that work the register were very very rude. I now see why all the bad reviews. I was going to use this place as my pharmacy and now I am thinking of switching. I am pretty upset by this whole experience. I'll also point out that they match the description a few of the other people who complained gave so clearly nothing has been or will be done about this.

Haven’t even been able to go inside because I show up during business hours, roughly 5-6 pm, on 2 consecutive Saturdays now and they’re already closed! Door hours says they’re still open though

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Spoke to a female employee, I believe to be the assistant, and she was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I was inquiring about having my prescriptions sent to their location, but quickly changed my mind after how I was treated. They lost a customer due to their poor choice of staff. I will no longer be going to this location for any reason.

Used to enjoy this place. Have been back twice and they were closed before their posted hours. Today it was 5:20 and they were closed which was frustrating

The pharmacy is great at the winooski location but I’m not very happy with the older lady’s at the register because they’re always so rude. The one with light short hair said she would slap my son if he was her son because he got excited about a toy he wanted and run up to it and he was just being a kid but did nothing to her.. I thought that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. They’re always rude when I go in and always snickering about something in front of the costumers.. I’ve seen them rude to others too. Also the same lady with short hair is always complaining about leaving and they always close 15 minutes early. I tried to go in on a Saturday at 5:45 to grab one thing and no one was there. The store hours say they close at 6 so it wasn’t supposed to be and the weather was fine. They always close early because it’s happened before. I just hope they get a new manager so things change because I don’t like going in there to even get my medication and even shop, I know many others feel the same. I would hate to have to pick up my meds somewhere else but it looks like that’s going to happen because nothing is being done about this and you’ve had complaints for years.

Nicole is rude and has no business being in customer service. She literally flipped out on me from the other register when I placed my cigarette order. The register I was at WAS OPEN, I wasn't talking to the wind. She is nuts. The manager was around the corner and came to help me. I'll be calling corporate and the store manager attannya

Older lady was extremely rude to me. We walked past a squishmallow and didn’t notice it fell down behind us. She then proceeded to say how she’s not a maid and how disrespectful we were. She made a comment how no one is going to buy it now because it fell on the floor…. Then she began to talk about us to other customers and employees even after we apologized though we did not even realize we knocked it down. Can’t believe she has the audacity to talk to customers like this.

The pharmacy has always been helpful and solid customer service. No complaints there. However....I recently chose to divert a package to this location as I was expecting a package that needed a signature and I was not sure if I would be home when it was delivered. When I asked for the package at the register, I was told it hadn't come in yet (I had just been notified by text that it had been delivered). She checked for the package and found it while going on about what materials they wouldn't be accepting for FedEx in the future. I explained this was a one-time thing for me, but she continued on about FedEx delivery restrictions. It seemed clear she was less than thrilled about having to go through the process of handing over a FedEx delivery (something that Walgreens advertises on their website). I would not select this store to have a package delivered to again. I just need my package, not a lecture.

Please update your hours :( not open at 1130 am and says 9 am - drove from your other location that is temporarily closed :( maybe pay your workers better so you have more staff
