60 Merchants Row, Williston“We had the appointment with Craig to see if it was better to stay on my son’s plan or get our own plan. Craig sold us an upgraded plan that was overkill for us. Craig told us that we had to wait 6 months if we wanted to go back on my son’s account plus if we returned our extra phone we got to replace our land line (which we also returned), there would’ve been a $50 restock fee. We returned it without a restock fee being applied. We found out from another sales person that all we had to do is wait 30 days to go back on to our son’s account. Leaviel did the transfer today. He was so helpful and we were back on my son’s plan before we knew it. Leaviel explained to us that now our phone bill now went from $280 per month to $85 per month plus it took $20 off our son’s account per month as our two lines were added to his account. We were quite pleased with how Leaviel from the Verizon Store in Williston, VT addressed our problem and got it squared away. Thank you Leaviel!!!”
“My 2 year old phone stopped connecting to the network, but since the screen wasn't broken and the phone wasn't lost, insurance wouldn't cover a replacement. I went to multiple Verizon stores over multiple days in my area without a fix. We tried restarting it, new sim cards, esim, factory reset, reset network settings, everything. I have over 200 gigs of pictures, messages, and data on my phone, so factory reset takes hours and hours to get back all my data. I came in to the Shelburne road location and delt with Levi, Zach, another Zach, and Tristan (manager). These reps were SO helpful! After getting through to a Verizon rep on the phone (in store) she wanted us to run through all the same stuff we had already done 4 other times including factory reset. I had a meltdown. After being thrown around store to store for almost a week with no answers and just having my phone thrown through the ringer, I was about to take my phone and smash it in hopes that insurance would finally pay for a replacement. Tristan kindly explained to the rep that we had tried everything 1000 times and how I had unnecessarily been pushed store to store without answers or help and something needed to be done before I left. The lady on the phone ended up sending for a replacement device. Apparently they are out of my device and it could take up to a month for a replacement. All the reps in store came together to brainstorm solutions to get me through until the new phone comes in and I am immensely thankful for all of them. These people take their jobs seriously. They truly care and want to help. If you have Verizon and need assistance, come to this location!”
