Good products. Terrible website terrible customer service I would avoid this place at all costs if you can find a buckle or ratchet strap elsewhere.
I mean really you forced me to either use PayPal or Venmo to pay you GTFOH

Products ordered and manufacturing were fine. Customer service and delivery time is less than desirable. Tried twice w/ the company and both deliveries were not delivered according to the 2-day shipping that we, the consumer, pays for. When I called to inquire about my order, the vendor from M2 suggested that we order from another distributor. Doesn't sound like they want our business so we won't be bringing our business back.
