This Community Bank N.A. in Winooski, Has the Best Employees out of every CBNA Bank that I have ever been too! I have been to 3 different CBNA Banks in 3 different States and this is the Best Ran & The best Employees out of all of them combined! I went there this morning just to exchange some $20.00 Bill's into larger Bill's and ended up Renting a Safe Deposit Box and still received the larger Bill's lol.I been wanting to get a Safety Deposit Box for 2 years now, but I don't have much time for myself lately with all of my Medical Appointments. The Lady who I talked too, asked me if I was still interested in getting a box. Of course I did, but I completely forgot about it and if it wasn't for the lady who was working at the time I still would have completely forgotten about it!I love this Bank and the Employee's are the Greatest ones I have ever had the pleasure to meet all of them. If you're not happy with your current Banking System, You really should switch or consider switching your bank accounts over to this Bank!You will notice the 01st month of your decision to switch Banks to the Community Bank N.A. was the best decision that you had made in a very long time!Cassandra was the lady who helped me out with my Safety Deposit Box this morning on Tuesday September 26th, 2023 and when they read my Review, they will know who wrote this excellent Review about my experience with them for over 30+ Years. It used to be Merchant's Bank until they bought them out multiple years ago and I am glad that they did takeover because I am so happy with them as my Bank!C.R.

We visited the Winooski Branch with a very unique banking problem which we had not been able to rectify elsewhere. Lisa Patnode worked with us and was amazing. She definitely is a person who is willing to not give up until she understands the problem. When she doesn't have an answer, she was willing to go beyond, research for answers and become knowledgeable so she would be able to help others if this problem every appears again. She never let the issue go until successfully resolved. She is a perfect example of "putting the customer first".

"We take banking personally.""For more than 150 years, we’ve put our customers first."I include their taglines from their own web site to illustrate that this bank is just another corporate bank who does not care about you or your family.In an attempt to escape the predatory rates of another mortgage lender, we came to Community---a bank we've been patrons of for several years. We were summarily rejected not due to bad credit or inability to pay. Our property simply didn't meet their strict rules as to what they would or would not finance.You are just a number. You are just a means of revenue for shareholders. You are not a person. And they truly could not care less about you, your financial goals/stability, or their own mission statement they broadcast.While it can be said that this is likely true of many financial institutions, it's worth taking the time to research where you do your banking and what people are willing to take the time say about them. This was my experience with them. Yours could be different. Then again, it could be exactly the same. When you have a bank on every corner of the northeast, I suggest looking for one that has not caused a customer to leave a review like this.

I’m an international student and my father send me money to my credit card. I went to the ATM of community bank around 6pm (this bank was close but the ATM outside is 24 hours ) and for some reason the card retained in the machine so I decide to check next morning with the bank.
