I cannot say enough good things about my pet’s visit today. Everyone at this practice was friendly and empathetic to my dog’s condition and took great care of him.

It took them a while to convey what was going on with our dog. My wife and I are highly educated and science minded. Their responses to our questions were over simplified, vague, and honestly it felt like they thought 'trust us because we think you couldn't understand the full situation.'.Not a good way to build a new relationship.

Windsor Pet Dental is truly the best & their staff is top notch! I was recommended to them by my primary vet in Keene because my dog needed several extractions. During the consultation appointment, they explained everything that would happen during the procedure along with the risks of any animal going under anesthesia. On the day of Rocky’s procedure, they greeted us with a smile and took excellent care of my boy before, during, and after his procedure. It was discovered that he would need all his teeth removed (he had distemper as a puppy due to a negligent breeder), and the vet tech explained my options as well as what would happen if we didn’t remove them. Once I approved the additional extractions, they went to work and updated me every step of the way. Once they were finished, the lead doctor explained to me post-op med administration, how to keep Rocky comfortable, what possible side effects to watch out for, and what issues to be wary of in the coming days. She was very patient and answered all my questions, even though I’m sure she was tired after such a long ordeal. It gave me additional comfort to know that my baby had been in such good, capable hands. The staff at Windsor is friendly, professional, attentive, and always puts the safety and well-being of the animal first. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work done on their fur baby!!To Dr. Waugh and her team, thank you for taking such good care of my boy.

Exceptional care! Compassionate - willing to listen and assess your pet's unique situation. Patient – answered all questions & explained procedures and risks. Dr. Bronko, Dr. Waugh & the staff at WPD provide the kind of personalized care that is hard to find today. 100% worth the drive as stated in many other reviews. I contacted WPD after consulting vet offices in MA & NH that would not perform the dental work, or put us on a 3+ month waiting list. I am forever grateful to Dr. Bronko, Marie, Tina and Nicole for evaluating my cat, providing a diagnosis, and performing necessary surgery on the same day. They understood the goal was to provide relief from the periodontal disease despite my cat’s age and potential cancer diagnosis (which was later confirmed with a thorough post-op analysis and biopsy report from WPD and a specialist). Post-surgery, my cat was happily eating and back to her old self! I would highly recommend WPD, and will bring my other pets here in the future.

Absolutely excellent! My 6 year old cat had stomatitus surgery (all her teeth removed!) I was very nervous about the procedure and removing all her teeth! I cant say enough good things about them- especially about Dr. Sara Bronko. The morning of the 4 hour surgery she patiently explained everything in deatil, and thus, removed my worry and concern. I absolutely made the right decison, (my cat is so much happeir and more social now! ) and made a very wise choice placing the surgery and care of my beloved cat in their hands. Ill be taking my other cat for his cleanings to Windsor Pet Dental and I HIGHLY reccommend this practice for their professionalisim and expeience.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Bronko, and the entire team at Windsor Pet Dental. I brought my dog Roo in to get quite a bit of work done and was honestly pretty nervous about it, especially taking her to a vet that we had never been to before. I was immediately put at ease during the consultation, and left feeling totally confident in not only Dr. Bronkos abilities, but her plan to help Roo as well. The day of the procedure I was kept up to date on everything that was going on, how Roo was doing etc--then at discharge I was given a thorough overview of post-op care, what to expect, and what work had been done. They have been so helpful with answering any questions I have, and it's been incredibly reassuring to know that they are still there for you even after the procedure is done. Roo's recovery honestly shocked me, by the time she came home she was back to herself, just a little sleepy--and now 3 days post op and she is bouncing off the walls and ready to get back into her usual exercise--she remained so comfortable and happy the days following the procedure. I am incredibly grateful, and so very impressed with the level of care they provide, it's truly something I've never experienced before. Dr. Bronko really genuinely cares, it shows in in everything she does. Knowing that my dog was in her capable hands--I wouldn't have wanted Roo anywhere else.

Horrible! Doing business as "Mount Ascutney Veterinary Services". I missed an appointment because a loved one was in a car accident. Tried to reschedule but was told I would have to wait a month "to let the dust settle at home" before they would see us again. Pure spite!

Everything about this establishment is both professional and trustworthy. My cat needed extensive extractions. She was treated with the utmost care. As was I . A great deal of time was taken to answer any questions each and every instance I was there. They also went over and above the call of duty in terms of offering extra help/services when I was in a pickle during a snow storm and had a second cat that needed to be attended to elsewhere. These are obviously compassionate people. All procedures were thoroughly explained. So were the important steps needed in med administration at home. I called them with more questions after the fact and was given prompt answers. As I am not a vet myself, I cannot attest to the results of their work except to say that I have never seen my cat happier or more comfortable than after she received treatment from these good people.

This place is literally the BEST place to take your fur babies! Our cat Whiskers had some hidden teeth issues that needed immediate attention, and this place took him in and fixed our baby right away! They sent pictures, videos, and updates the whole time he was with them. Now we have a beautiful healthy kitty! He may be toothless, but he’s the happiest I’ve ever seen him! Thank god for places like this!!!! Dr. Bronko is a life saver - we love you!

My daughter's dog had a couple teeth extracted. Very knowledgeable, pleasant. Explained all the details to us, kind and paid the utmost attention to her. Very good place to go if anyone needs animal dental work done.

We were referred to Windsor Pet Dental by our vet who was not able to get us in for a few months. Windsor got us in in a week and took great care of our dog. She needed extensive dental work and the work was impeccable! They followed up on her care and treated both our dog and us with great care. Thank you Windsor Pet Dental!

I can't say enough good things about Windsor Pet Dental and the staff who work here. The folks here are the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate medical staff I've ever interacted with (for humans OR furry family members). They took the highest quality care not only of our darling cat, Thumper, but of us too. During and after her dental procedure they were kind and patient with my many questions, and provided us with comprehensive paperwork outlining her results and aftercare. Unfortunately it turned out that our darling had inoperable, terminal oral cancer. We couldn't have asked to be in better hands during this difficult process. After we had to put her down, they called to check in and send warm wishes, and even sent a thoughtful condolence card. Thank you, Windsor Pet Dental, for being so good to us. We are forever grateful.

Highly recommend, We drove 2 hours because in Massachusetts everyone was booked 6-8 months out. Windsor Pet Dental took care of us within 2 Weeks! Everyone we met there was over the top nice and made us confident our dog would be in good hands! This is the place to go!
