My rating is worse than not good... try terrible. The woman at the pharmacy was incredibly rude. I was treated like a criminal and was so flustered by it I didn't ask the numerous questions I had about the medication I was purchasing. Her response when I called her on it was "I apologize. I'm human." I don't think she even knows what she should've apologized for. I felt like she just said it to get rid of me, not to truly deescalate the situation. Super elitist. People go to the pharmacy counterfor help, not to be judged and dismissed as suspect.

I wish I could go lower than the star! Very dangerous place to get meds if you ask me better off going to a different place. Never in stock, been handed wrong needle for my meds more then a hand full of times and then when explaining the mistake they have no issue putting you on blast Vicki is good for that one so is the other lady with the glasses. But to top it off I came in from a super cold bone chilling day of cold temps that a bear couldn’t even handle and was forced to remove my winter gear and hoodie (jacket, winter hat) cause I looked “suspicious” to a lady behind the desk in front of a line of other customers that thankfully had my back and told her that is not in any shape or form ok to say or do as I was simply just waiting in line minding my own business and thankfully they let me cut the line to get out of that store faster. Just very all over and just not ok. Fix your stuff and med restock issues. I won’t be returning. Stay safe Windsor vt and surrounding areas

The women that run the rite aid pharmacy in Windsor Vermont- are phenomenal! No if Ands or butts...Primarily they are very COMPETENT -which is itself a rarity. Each are very Knowledgeable - Understanding medications chemically, possible side effects, General indications, uses, Interactions and they Always explain anything else needed.Dealing with Vermont Medicaid and insurance issues can be a full time job itself- regardless of coverage or not, denials or issues are just temporary setbacks if you got one of the gals looking for a solutionI have Admiration for their balance of store policy and insurance guidelines (which makes their job ultimately A set-up for Guaranteed problems) - they deal with the seeming crisis’ that are assured with confidence. These Women’s high Ethics and standards of care for all the customers is met with ease ... as they all work together in unisonThey take the time to know me, my medications and my account. They know my doctors and they know my situation - who I am most importantly ...And they do not confuse me with what I am prescribed. They are human too.Very graceful, confident, helpful, astute humans...UpdateI moved 20 miles away and kept this Pharmacy because of the above review. I’m changing pharmacies nothing applies anymore unfortunately the pharmacies make it so difficult with their rules in place and then insurance has their guidelines and the only person that pays physically chemically and emotionally is the patients they leave without their medication. And trust me that’s of no concern to them.Their communication and customer service and just general competence has all plummetedI would avoid Rite Aid like the plague now

I was mostly interested in getting free COVID-19 home test kits and free 95 masks. They were out of the tests but answered my. questions about when more might come in. When I asked about the masked the pharmacist was caring and made me feel welcome.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. More often than not, the techs who work there are rude. Today, a tech I think named Vicki asked me if I had a doctor. Apparently she was updating the pharmacy's info. I was busy paying with my credit card when she asked. I looked up at her and said, "Yes." She then gave me a facial expression that was supposed to convey "Well? What is your doctor's name?" in a way that meant to make me feel stupid for not answering her question correctly. Message for Vikki or whatever your name is: Hate your job, but don't hate your customers. I'm done with this pharmacy and will gladly drive to Claremont for future prescriptions.

Friendly neighborhood pharmacy carrying everything you'd expect. My favorite part is the pharmacy itself, which is rarely very busy, so your wait time to fill prescriptions is usually short. Helpful and friendly staff, too. They offer call-ahead curbside pickup, too.

I can't think of a worse experience with a pharmacy. Pharmacy techs are rude and look for any reason to not fill a prescription. They outright refuse to transfer from other pharmacies. This is a basic service they are refusing. Similarly my wife recently had a current prescription refused. Rather than confirming with the office (another basic pharmacy service) they are requiring a new script. Again this is a current script with refills. I was also told I had to call my understaffed office to have a new script ordered. As a nurse, this kind of laziness makes me furious. This behavior simply adds to an already broken and overstressed healthcare system. They don't want to perform basic tasks so the patient, nurses, and doctors all have to stop what they are doing to accommodate something as basic as a script. SHAMEFUL.

A thank you to the Rite AId pharmacy staff in Windsor Vermont for caring about their customers. Thank you for your support during the challenges of today's covid environment and kindly supporting our stress we bring with us when we come to you. I cannot imagine your own stress being on the front lines everyday, much less dealing with all of ours! Thank you for all you do!
