Very friendly always know's your name.other banks don't like to take the time to help try and rush u not this bank always polite.

Love my credit union.. been with them close to 20 years...always friendly and smiling!! Always have a biscuit for the dog and know you by name when you walk in the door...not so 'banky'! Will never go back to a traditional bank again! The ladies at the Windsor branch are the absolute best!!!

Tellers are always friendly and great service. it's nice to go in without having to wait in any long lines
