I wanted to say that I have been going to my local Aubuchon hardware in Windsor vt. I try to buy local when I can. As owner and operator of a painting Merrill painting it’s important to have a working relationship with the people who prepare the finish product you will be using. Renee, Steve and a couple new hires really have that place running very smoothly. Always met with a smile and eagerness of there new hire manager of the paint department makes it very easy to stop and drop a quick order. Keep up the good work. And Carl the young older guy is the nicest man on the planet.

Just was at this store for pellets for heat . Stood at counter for five min and got no service. Door bell worked said hello loudly and still no service. So I ended up at home depot I. West Lebanon. I was buying pellets at this store every week but now going to just go the home depot so I don't waste my time or gas .

I've been a customer since my husband and I moved to Windsor in 2008, and every time I've stopped in for something, the employees have been 100% + helpful and courteous. Without exception. Thanks to all who have worked there in the past and are working there now.

The employee name is Steve with a beard who took care of me in there is just incredible. He exudes knowledge and warmth and fosters a sense of loyalty that would make me drive out of my way to come back here. The place even smells that wonderful, nostalgic way hardware store shit smell. They had everything I needed, and he was able to point me in the right direction with expertise and patience.
