New manager has an uphill battle when Walgreens took over they destroyed their customer base with lack of respect customer service and courtesy.

They never answer the phone, so you have to drive there and there is ALWAYS an issue filling the medication for some reason with long wait times.

I wish I could give zero stars! Rite Aid was great, but then Walgreens took over and ruined it! They never can get my medication refilled when they say they will and they never answer their phones! Done doing business with them! Worth the drive to Brattleboro or Bennington so I don’t have to go without my prescription(s) every time I need a refill!! Wilmington residents deserve a much more competent pharmacy

I wish I could give zero stars! Rite Aid was great, but then Walgreens took over and ruined it! They never can get my medication refilled when they say they will and they never answer their phones! Done doing business with them! Worth the drive to Brattleboro or Bennington so I don’t have to go without my prescription(s) every time I need a refill!! Wilmington residents deserve a much more competent pharmacy

Former Rite Aid. Merchandise quantity has been drastically reduced since the conversion to a Walgreeens. I've tried to call the pharmacy 3 times today and no one is answering the phone. The voicemail system is non-operational. It is 3:00 pm on a (non-holiday) Monday. Concerning for a key community business. 11/25/2020: This is happening again today.

I realize that my 5 star review may come as a shock because there are so many bad reviews for this Pharmacy. I assure you it has nothing to do with my generosity. If you look at my review of BMH’s Emergency Room, you’ll see that I have no problem giving a bad review when it is warranted. I just don’t see it here. I waited for 6 months after I moved here from Brattleboro before I wrote this, thinking I would see the problem at some point and my experiences there have just gotten better and better.I did have a problem with the phones once. The issue is that the phone in their Pharmacy wasn’t working and they didn’t know it. I called the front desk instead and told them that I was having trouble getting through to the Pharmacy and someone walked the phone back to the Pharmacy and we sorted it out.The Pharmacy cashiers and Pharmacists have always taken the time to explain things to me, have been patient with me when I’ve been scared and inpatient myself (I think I have COVID!), and have consistently given me good medical advice regarding over-the-counter medications and prescriptions.I’ve never had trouble getting a prescription filled. Maybe I’ve just been lucky? I don’t know but I’m grateful to have them here because it’d be a real pain to have to go all the way to Bratt or Bennington every time I need a prescription filled.

Been trying to call all day and they refuse to answer the phone. It goes from the line is busy to just ringing and no voice-mail or anything. I think they take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer it. But they are really nice. I understand they are busy and maybe understaffed. I'm just the type of person that will call non stop until someone answers lol.
