Absolutely pissed off.everything I had purchased that was on sale,I was charged full price.when I mentioned it the cashier she told me those prices expired yesterday.i told her to delete them from my bill and take all of them back.she was extremely rude.

Store needs more help. Shelby (title unknown ) needs a lessons in customer service. When you decide to open a second line you do not move back three people in line to a person who went and ask for a second line to be opened, and asked because he knew her personally apparently because he continued to talk about it in the long line we were all waiting in.He did not understand why she would not open a line for him....Fast forward, 5 minutes.Everyone is waiting and she opens a new line And points 3 people back in line to him and said New line open everyone from right there.
. It did not go unnoticed by everyone being patient.

Expensive, lack of continuity in product. The cashier is so lazy he won't help people bag groceries. I'd expect more with the prices they charge.

Below average selection, score seafood 1/10, deli 1/10, meats 4/10, produce 5/10The male cashiers have been incredibly rude, old curmudgeons, on at least four visits. They seem to be especially rude if they think you’re not from around here. They are understaffed on holidays and big weekends and take out the frustration on the customer.

Cashier was so friendly. Found everything we needed for a week with the kids while they snowboarded in the mountains.Legitimately looking to see if someone can ship me some brownie cookies because I’m pregnant and they were the most delicious thing I’ve ever had.

Customer service horrible cannot get assistance without attitude .while trying to return bottles and cans always locked oops the manager took the key home,every weekend..very unpleasant....your supposed to be CUSTOMER SERVICE not when I feel like it service with attitude

My girlfriend and I are from out of town visiting the area. We needed items to prepare our dinner. The store was clean and had everything we needed.However, the customer service was very disheartening. When it was time for us to checkout, the cashier named Joe didn’t greet us professionally. He was finishing up with a customer, and looked at us and said “now you two”. The customer that was leaving said “they look like trouble” Joe proceeded to say “ I see it”. Joe conversed with me while ringing up our groceries. I let him know that my girlfriend and myself have professions that don’t allow us to “be trouble”. I let him know that I was visiting the area and where I was from. He checked us out, but we left feeling disrespected and sad. I called the corporate office to file a complaint. The store manager called me right away, and apologized. We are not sure what will happen to Joe but we hope proper action will be taken. Lastly, if you are a minority visiting this area be aware that this store wasn’t welcoming.If I could give zero stars I would!

Don't order platters through their online platform. It won't work. They will tell you that you didn't place your order far enough in advance on the day of pick up, even though you did it more than the 48 hrs prior, leaving you in a lurch to find a different alternative, since they are the only store in the area they don't have incentive to provide good customer service.

Everytime I go here I say never again. The cashiers are mostly rude or just indifferent. The app never seems to have the coupons loaded so at check out it's a mess. then a trip over to the service desk. after spending usually over 100 bucks the cashier watches as you bag the groceries and hands the receipt like their doing me a favor.. i mostky go in the evening so maybe the daytime is better.. but I just can't go here anymore .. can't do it.. the chicken was wet and cashier just doesn't offer a plastic bag instead throws it down the kiosk to me as I am bagging.. just never a good vibe here
