Older gentleman (an employee)
Was rude at self checkout. Apparently you aren't allowed to use self checkout if you share a shopping cart with a friend. We were turned away because of "15 items or less" rule...I explained we had separate transactions (which were both less than 15) and was rudely told "it didn't matter, only what's in the carriage!"
I'm sorry but that is one of the dumbest policies I've ever heard.
I'll just stick to the store in Saint Albans, they are friendlier & allow 1 cart & separate transactions at their self checkout!

Waited 20.minutes in line for self checkout just to get told we are 3 items over the new 15 item or less policy so was sent to another 20 minute long wait in another line

Electronics costumer service on the night of 08/08/24 was horrible I work in costumer service and I never make eye contact with people and run away from customers at the counter. Multiple workers walked by and made eye contact with me even a shift lead. Will never support this location again.

I was surprized to see walmart without vegetables.
There is only one Walmart available in burlington and it doesn’t have fresh produce
Please I request you to start on, defnetly people will purchase.
