They scratched up my wheel trying to put hub rings on. But they didn't tell me and they also didn't tell me they didn't put the hub rings on. But they gave me a free tire balance. So I guess it balances out, except for the scuffed up wheel. That's upsetting.

Amazing customer service, quick and quality work. Have been taking vehicles here for tire changes for a while now and have always been happy, then recently got my shocks done.. truck was in and out in record time. Great shop, great people, highly recommended!

Absolute professionals. They helped change my tires and gave me a discount when their compressor made them need to reschedule. Then, they helped me with a taillight free of charge! Highly recommend going here!

Amazing service i had came here after my truck was messed up at a shop befor the foxed it told me how to keep my tread good and on my way. I had a appt the next day wich was great as i couldnt get any shop to see me with in a week and this was a timly manor. I appreciate there service and would highly recommend to friends and family! I myself will be back soon!

Enjoyed a great price, tires & service at springtime when I needed a new set of all-seasons. Was easy to schedule, and I was in & out in less than an hour. Today, when a psi alert popped up, even with their schedule & bays full, they brought me right in, found the problem, fixed it, and w/their great warranties, charged $0!
Then they had an opportunity to make a sale for other related parts my car could really use, but suggested a less expensive alternative elsewhere - like the Macy's Santa in "Miracle on 34th Street" sending Mom to another store to get what she needed!
SHE became a loyal customer too!
Bottom Line: When you find a garage where they do great work at a fair price, know what they're doing, and talk you OUT of spending more money than you need to, THAT is a great find!
And BTW, add to that, a spotless waiting area, friendly staff, with a wonderful family managing the store. THANK you all, and especially thank you to Tom, the mechanic, for such great work even though I walked right into the middle of your day!

Jason and his team are amazing! I have consistently received the best customer service and experience from their service.

I buy my winter tires from Gills Point S as they always have what I need. But this particular store was incredibly helpful after dealing with a flat tire on my way home from a red eye flight with my toddler. They got me in right away and patched my tire for free, I was incredibly grateful and surprised by their kindness and customer service. Thank you!

Super easy online scheduling and the staff is very easy going and helpful. I was in and out within a half hour for an alignment. I'll definitely be coming here for alignments (and maybe tires) vs Twisted Wrench and Midas.

I was shopping around for new winter tires, so I called Gills Point S Tire & Auto and Jason was able to schedule an appointment for installing the new tires and state inspection within couple of days from my call. The people who work there are professional, and answered all my questions. They stood behind their work and fixed TPMS that wasn't programmed correctly.
Great customer service, good workmanship, and reasonable price at Gills Point S Tire & Auto.

This place is a gem. They always have availability. I can call almost any day and they will take you that day, or upon walking in. I've never been turned away. So many other places will turn you away day-of, or book you way out. Gills Point S Tire, have very often waived the costs of things that come up unexpectedly, and just go above and beyond everytime. Service and convenience are unmatched in this area as far as I've experienced.
