WORST customer service experience ever...
Supposed " supervisor" with long gray hair and black glasses was incredibly rude and should be ashamed of yourself.
Completely incompetent as well
If you hate your job that much....
Just quit!
Couldn't tell me before I entered my card they only took debit, then told me it was my fault, and I was holding up the line while she had to go make a "phone call" to give me my $3.00 back she put on my card!
You are a absolute disgrace
Karma will find you.

I am lucky if I get mail deliveries twice a week! I have a lot of important time sensitive paperwork that has to be sent multiple times because it never gets delivered!!

My mailman is TERRIBLE!! I’ve filed a couple complaints about him, his horrible non professional behavior (yelling expletives, speeding through my neighborhood) as well as stuffing my mailbox with oversized packages that clearly should be put safely on my porch!

If you are not capable of opening the door on time then you should not post those hours. Perhaps you could say you open at 9 ish instead of saying that you open at 9. It just confuses and frustrates. It seems like it should be simple.

Wicked disappointed today. I’ve been waiting on a package all morning that was expedited to me for my birthday, which is tomorrow, and at 1:17pm, as I was standing in the kitchen, looking down the open, unobstructed driveway, I got an alert saying “No access to delivery location.” Of course it is a Saturday, so the office is closed and I won’t be able to pick it up from them until Monday, when I am working. The holidays are over… I figured I would get this important package when it was estimated via your tracking. It feels most likely the person delivery did not want to drive/walk up the driveway in the rain:(

I’ve had numerous issues with USPS since moving to Williston 3 years ago. Our mail being placed in the wrong box, the wrong key in our box to be able to get our packages, even packages getting shoved in the cubby hole to the point where I can’t even get it out. Like come on. Do better.

They fail to deliver packages and mail, claim they are short staffed yet they keep taking more packages. Tons of people are missing their packages and they claim that they are sitting in a federal building in Essex yet you cant go pick them up. They are holding peoples packages and not delivering them and not letting you pick them up.

Post office is just worthless. Packages delayed because of "weather". Sick of them deciding when I get my stuff. Everyday my stuff is supposed to arrive "delayed, running late, out for delivery for 4 DAYS!
