Amazon order delivered by UPS, but left in a ditch by the side of the road, not even on my property. Box is wet and covered in slugs. Very unhappy.

Ups is the only delivery company that can’t find my address on a main road, and the hours they are open for you to come in are in the middle of the work day. This is BS, and getting in contact with customer service is a nightmare

Website doesn't work. Calling to their support is wildly unhelpful. They missed a letter in my address although it was correct with the shipper and indicated it would cost ME money to have it shipped to my local UPS store. Horrible experience.
