U-Pack was an excellent experience. It's easy and reliable. The truck driver who delivered our truck in VT had to navigate some low fiber cables recently installed, which he was able to find a way through, even though they were below the regulations. We had to hold the truck for a day so we could clean out our new house, and it was just an easy call to do so. The truck was available earlier than expected, which was great because it meant we got to sleep on real beds sooner. I have used this service for two moves, and they make it so easy with the tracking system and flexibility on delivery and pickup dates. I love it and will use it again.

Great experience from coast to coast. I moved from VT to OR and U-Pack was responsive, reliable, competitively priced, and trustworthy. I'd gladly use them again.

After looking into our options to move from Vermont to South Carolina, my wife read a lot of reviews on different companies and decided that U Pack was the one we should use. She was right, they were awesome!! From scheduling for drop off to load, picking up and getting it to our destination, then storing it for 2 months. I called the destination center when we were ready to receive it and found the lady friendly, helpful and very accommodating and understanding, as were the people in Vermont. They were very quick to bring another bulk head when I was packing due to damage from the last person, no hassle or questions!! The drivers were excellent, put the trailer right where I wanted it.Absolutely would use them again. Thank you to U Pack and ABF Freight for a job well done!!

U-Pack is the way to go. No issues, they were able to accommodate my every need from storage, to not knowing my final moving address. If you're looking for the cheapest alternative, Upack has your back, 10/10 Experience.

Once again, upack crushes it.
Moved from Chicago to Burlington with two months of storage. The process was easy, convenient and affordable. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and calm. They seemingly have seen it all and readily have a solution to any problem.
This is our second move with upack. First time used the trailer and this time the cubes. Would highly recommend this service to anyone doing a long distance move.

We moved to VT from VA and our items were in storage for 3 months while we waited for our home. When we wanted our cubes delivered, they were responsive and timely. Items were in perfect condition at delivery. The delivery driver was great.

The sign-up process, delivery and pick-up of U-Pack’s “Relocubes” was excellent. The people were pleasant, accessible, prompt, and their policies were clear. However, we had significant water damage to things that were by the doors. It was costly and sad. They need to reseal their doors, and people need to pack only waterproof items near the doors. Also the cubes are jostled violently, so even strong boxes on the lower levels were crushed.

Awesome experience. Used for moving from out of state, everything arrived in great condition. Easy to get someone on the phone with any questions. Very professional and navigated a challenging parking situation beautifully. Highly recommend.

I have gotten two trailers from U-Pack, and all-in-all I am okay with the service, but with some reservations.The company in Vermont that delivered the trailer changed the drop-off time three times in one day. Frustrating because "someone was out sick" was the excuse. Meanwhile I have friends over to help me pack and we are waiting around twiddling our thumbs.Then, when dropping off the trailer in S.C (new home) they didn't bring the ramp until about 30-minutes before I was finished; basically the ramp was useless at that time. The yahoo I talked to stated: I didn't see it on the work order.Yeah, right - it's right there- in plain English - can't miss it.So, I waited for 4 hours for the ramp to arrive while unloading the trailer with the movers helping out.U-Pack is good - just make sure you stay on top of the people either picking it up or delivering it.

Everything about the process was very, very easy. U-Pack is more expensive than other similar companies, however the convenience, communication, scheduling, and quality of the actual container are absolutely worth it. Dropped off and picked up at both locations on time. The U-Pack container I got was almost brand new and much, much, sturdier than the competitors. Would absolutely use again in the future.

Every aspect of the move was very easy and everyone I talked to was very friendly. The customer service on the phone was very up front, nice, and helpful. Both of the delivery drivers (in Maryland and Vermont) were very nice and professional. It was exactly what we needed.

U-Pack was exactly what we needed when we moved from NY to NC. They were very helpful and courteous when dealing with on the phone or in person. Their drivers were very experienced and we had our belongings ahead of estimated schedule. Highly recommend this company if moving a long distance!
