“We called Blackfork after an accident left us stuck on the side of the highway, 200 miles from home, on New Years Day when most towing companies were closed. Rod was there within minutes. Not only did he give us a tow, but he drove us to the airport to get a rental car back to Boston, and he gave us great advice on dealing with insurance (car ended up being totaled - would probably have had to come all the way back to VT to clean it out if not for Rod). Thank you so much Rod - you made a bad situation much more manageable.”

“I’ve done business with Kevin a few times and have always been happy with the outcome. However, due to my stupidity ( backed my car out of garage when door wasn’t fully opened). and a mistake in scheduling things went south. No car on Christmas Eve at 12:30 am. Sent an email to Kevin on Christmas Day and I have to say, he went well above and beyond anything I expected! I am still overwhelmed by his kindness, generosity and most importantly his professionalism!
