A tech came over from Trudell to locate a manhole cover with home owners instructing him where they though it was. He went all over with his metal detector except where it was suspected to be. Wasted so much time that the HOA had to pay for. Totally unprofessional. Finally found it in the area suspected. HOA was probably charged $1k. I could have found it in 10 minutes with a $100 metal detector. Contractors are so dishonest.

Very professional service and courteous staff. I needed an underground location of the septic box and the distribution tubes that feed out to the leach field. My property had deep snow which hindered the GPR location of the distribution tubes. Needless to say the job that was done, only determined partial location. I would recommend this service to locate underground septic equipment, but not when deep snow is present.

Scammers. They will string you along after they take your retainer and then come back moths later asking for Triple the amount you agreed on in the contract. Total scam. They claim we didn't ask for a "Full survey" and now want an additional 5000$ for a land survey which should have cost 1800$-2400$ max.

TCE did a topographical survey of my property to prepare for landscaping my front yard and for obtaining information for redoing my very steep adjacent driveway. Excellent, timely work. Hope to continue using TCE for next phase of project.

I have no idea how well the work performed by your company is but the driving ability of whoever was in TCE5 today (10/31/2022) at about 12:20 should be of major concern to you. Had I not been watching as the traffic signal for me turned gree, I likely would be hospitalized or dead. As an employer this should be of major concern. Running red lights should amount to some discipline. My life is worth a lot to me, is that driver able to say the same ?

TCE staff have been nothing but amazing! I retained TCE to lead the planning, environmental and septic design process for my residential property. I hired TCE to conduct a boundary survey and they were extremely professional, transparent, and easy to work with. A property survey is far from any area of my expertise and they were very patient and helpful in explaining the process and answering all of my questions to make sure that the work completed was exactly what I needed. They literally went well out of their way to get to my property and conduct the survey, which was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend working with TCE and Gerald. It was just a wonderful experience all around.

Gerald Stockman from t.c.e. came out to survey the boundries of my property and I was very satisfied with his work. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the kind of trees on my land and very informative about certain aspects of my land. I would recommend tce to family and friends.

I had a boundary survey done. As the project progressed we faced a few challenges which required some adjustments. Both the TCE team in the field and office were very responsive to the adjustments. I hired TCE to conduct an airstrip feasibility study on my Newport property. Jenn, Brittany and the TCE survey team were exceptionally professional handling my questions and conducting both onsite and offsite work. In addition, they offered me a wetland feasibility study and existing conditions survey to help with my new home construction. My architect even commented how professional and thorough TCE were with their maps. I would definitely hire them again for any engineering work I needed.

My wife and I were in the process of selling our home and when we had our septic tank emptied for the buyers, the septic company found an issue with our septic tank and they attempted to get us to install an entire new system after saying our system had failed. The septic company didn't attempt to analyze the system to see if it could actually be fixed. We called TCE and spoke with Amanda, one of the engineers there. Her professionalism, knowledge and honesty made us realize the system could be fixed and she actually was able to fix the system. I would recommend Amanda and TCE to anyone that wants an honest assessment of the job and quality work. Thank you for restoring our faith that there are still honest businesses out there in this day and age.

We had septic issues with the town for 22 years that no one has been able to resolve until we were referred to TCE. We have dealt with many professionals over the years and I must say "TCE" is #1.
I received a call from Mr. John Pitrowiski who treated us like family, he and his company went out of their way to help us resolve our problem. John did an outstanding job and we will never forget how hard he work for us. Thank You TCE for being there for us. Amen
