Synergy's offerings are exemplary. If you are looking to become fit, maintain or even complete in any way, this is a great club for all levels of fitness. I've been in and around the fitness industry much of my life; and I can say Patrick takes a great deal of pride in providing the members with excellent equipment, a great atmosphere, and a very clean facility. There are also thoughtful touches throughout the facility that clearly communicates he cares about providing his members the best.

Becca and Jess clearly have an issue with one specific person that has nothing to do with the gym besides he is a member. Pat is a fantastic owner and would have handled any issue right away if they’d expressed their concerns to him. Synergy is the best gym around hands down! Pat keeps his equipment updated and the gym is super clean. Come check it out for yourselves!

Great gym! Cleanest around with top-level equipment. Members are considerate and wipe down everything they use. Not crowded typically, with plenty of equipment options so you can power through your workouts. The owner, Pat, is super helpful and one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. All ages and levels of fitness are represented and thrive in the welcoming environment.

Best gym in Burlington. Clean, plenty of space, and everything you need for a good work out. And the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this as your regular gym!

Spacious, clean space to work out. Equipment in excellent shape. Sweat towels, individual wash bottles with clean individual rags. Clean shower and towels for shower. Sauna. Owner maintains the place clean and operational. Good staff and trainers. Sufficient equipment so no need to wait. The best place in the are to work out.

The lady becca who wrote the review about her bad experience at the synergy fitness got tDuPont'ed. Let's stop beating around the bush, everyone who goes to that gym knows what this all is about. tdupont is known at the gym as tom the creep by women, and tom the wackjob by men. He is very insecure because everyone woman he dated got it from someone else while they were together including his ex wife. Typically, he targets women he perceives as insecure and preying on them for supplements, food, gas, inspections and payments for vehicles he can't afford, lawyer fees, haircuts, vacations, furniture, bill payments and food for his kids. What a disgrace to the bodybuilding community. The gym owner Pat is fully aware of what is going on at his gym, but he chose to turn a blind eye to the harassment complaints at his gym. Any decent gym manager doesn't want their clientele being harassed. tdupont should have been sh!tcanned from the gym long time ago but pat is afraid of him. Shame on you pat for allowing that bs to happen at your gym.

Always clean! Weights are always back where they belong so you don't need to waste time looking for what you need. It also has lots of natural light.

I have been hitting gyms in the Burlington area for almost 40 years. I have seen most come and go. You can see the downward spiral, gym is dirty, in disrepair and customers are leaving. Soon the doors will be closing. The owner of Synergy is fanatical about keeping the gym clean, equipment in fully operational condition. When you walk in there is a stack of ready disinfectant spray bottles and clean towels. Everyone is expected to wipe down the equipment after use. The customers come in steady but never had I had a time where I couldn't get a workout in. The ages and fitness level varies greatly, so if your a beginner you should never feel intimidated. There are trainers and if you need help you can ask any of us at the gym and we will gladly help. Becca M wrote about a gym goer that was harassing her. She gave a bad review of the gym for that. Did she address it with the owner? You can't slam the gym for what a customer does without giving the owner a chance to address it. There's always going to be some who do not respect others. But my over a year experience at Synergy I have never seen this. Most likely a Female or Male that is in good shape and showing it, others are working out to try to be like them. Hey if you work hard and look good, show it off because it isn't gonna last forever and your in a place that understands what it takes to get there!! Top of the line equipment, clean where you could do floor exercises anywhere and not get up filty. A friendly atmosphere and the classic radio station you can hear but not so loud you can't carry on a conversion with another members. I strongly suggest you give it a try.

This place is awesome. I was traveling and stopped by the gym for a day pass workout. Cathy is amazing and really helpful!If I lived around here, this is the place I'd sign up at for a gym membership.

I moved to Burlington area early this year and I have been looking for a gym. I like to exercise regularly and I was looking for a gym with a mix of free weights and machines. I found this place via web search so I thought I would give it a try despite some concerns. First thing I noticed right off the bat is how small the gym is.The reason that made me decide to leave this place for good and write this review is a very not pleasant experience from one of the gym goers with a big ”USAF” ¡nk on the chést. I left my full review on Yêlp. I don't recommend this place to any young woman.

I moved to Burlington area early this year and I have been looking for a gym. I like to exercise regularly and I was looking for a gym with a mix of free weights and machines. I found Synergy Fitness via web search so I thought I would give it a try despite some concerns. First thing I noticed right off the bat is how small the gym is. They had construction going on at one side of the gym and when I asked the girl at the front desk, she told me the area used to be part of the gym but their next door business took it from them. Which means the gym is getting even smaller. I was like ok, not a big deal at the moment. Last straw that made me decide to leave this place for good and write this review is a harassment from one of the gym goers. I was in the free weights area doing some squats and I noticed a nasty looking creature staring at me and pointing the backside of his phone toward me, most likely filming. I felt very uncomfortable with the amount of staring so I left the room and went to another room to continue my workout with dumbbells. A few minutes later, the same creature came to the room, took off his shirt and started to pose in front of the mirror and kept staring at me. I was completely freaked out at this point so I ended my workout and left the place. The nasty creature is a roided short male covered with long sleeve tattoos on both arms with skull pictures and women, side stomach big skull tattoo, and a big "USAF" tattoo on his chest. If you belong to the USAF or have been at one point in your life, you should live up to the title. What a creepy old man. I have never experienced that kind of behavior at any other gym places I used to go to. I felt gross after this experience. I don't recommend this "gym" to any young woman.
