Great store great appliances not such great repair people here in montpellier. I bought a 5 year warranty. And it is like pulling teeth to get the repair people to actually show up. Or communicate.

Great experience with the Superstore for our recent fridge and dishwasher purchase. Sales, delivery, and installs were all fantastic and we have zero complaints. Kyle and Andrew did a great job during the delivery and install, were great with our dogs, and respectful of our house.

I dropped in last week for appliance for my new kitchen. Out of three men onsite, one behind the counter and two having a talk in the back, I stayed for 35 mins looking at my options. Not once did any associate ask if they could assist, or even make eye contact. This is an automatic fail of customer service and I left the store only to go to another appliance store that DID give me the time of day.I cannot comment on any products since I received no help or advice on choices. I understand staffing issues, but in this case, I was the only customer in the store and there were three associates that 'could' have assisted but did not.

First we shopped online, so we more or less knew what we needed/wanted. The salesman was very attentative, discussed options with us. The whole sale took 10-15 minutes. The delivery date was exactly as stated (10 days from purchase, due to stainless not being in stock). The store stayed in contact the day of delivery keeping us informed of delivery time. Our delivery guys were Tim and Allen, very curteous and very careful taking the old refrigerator out and installing the new. They carried both with straps as not to damage floors or lawn. Did not ask me to sign any paperwork until the installation was completed. vVery happy with the entire transaction. Whole different experience from dealing with big box stores which we have done in the very recent past.

We bought a couch from them based on false information from the sales person. They told us the couch had removable cushion covers which is the only reason we bought it. Only the seat cushion covers are able to be washed as the back cushions are stuffed with loose stuffing. I asked them to take it back based on the fact they didnt give me correct information and they refused. Also a back vision zipper broke after one unzipping.

Travis and Alan delivered our new dryer yesterday. They were efficient, polite and thorough. After they were done with the installation, Travis reviewed the operation with me and made sure it worked. Excellent! Thanks.

Truly a terrible experience all around. Ordered a couch in early summer 2020 and was told things were taking a while from COVID so time frame was probably end of August or early September. When October hit and we hadn't heard anything at all, we called and we're told that it would be November. So December ends, still absolutely no contact from Superstore. Called in January and was told February. Called later in February and finally made a stink (my name might be Karen but I don't like to complain), then was told that they would give us a couch meant for someone else even though they shouldn't and made us feel terrible. Also, how many times did they bump our delivery back for other people who didn't wait an entire 9 months to complain?? Anyway, the couch that we splurged on then sank in and deteriorated in mere months and we finally got rid of it after another couple years. Found a thrift store couch for 1/3 the price and infinitely better quality.

Tl;dr: Buyer beware; we paid more to buy local, got an appliance that broke twice in the first 4 months, and then received worse-that-box-store, dystopian customer service. I have bought better appliances from box stores that were less expensive and were repaired faster when they had issues.I believe in keeping my money local and made 2 purchases from The Superstore in 2022 valuing $3,500. My 2nd purchase was a refrigerator for which I paid $2,250, only to see it break less than 4 months after purchase. This ultimately resulted in the loss of a fridge-full of groceries (family of 5), and worse yet, breast milk for our baby that had to be thrown away. After contacting The Superstore, they reached out to a 3rd party repair company, and I give an enormous amount of credit to A+ Appliances, who showed up and got our fridge up and running later that evening. Unfortunately, it died a few days later, resulting in more garbage bags full of groceries. I called A+, and they said that the faulty part should be replaced--which we agreed with--but we needed to contact the store because it was under warranty. This is where it all falls apart. When we contacted The Superstore on 12/13, Kim informed us that she had ordered the part and it was being shipped "2-day air." Kim gave that customer service vibe that says "because we're doing something, you should be happy" (like when an airline cancels your flight and puts you up in the Newark Howard Johnson like they're doing you a favor). I expressed my frustration to her that this was not a "cheap" appliance, and that this was not an easy situation for my family. Her response may be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard a human say; she said this: "We can't bring it to you, but we can provide a loaner." Think about that. I have to drive 30 minutes, each way, to pick up a REFRIGERATOR, that I would then have to, myself, move into my home (on a temporary basis) as a stop-gap for 2 days. Kim didn't get it. So here we are, at 5:30pm on 12/21 (8 days after they ordered the part "2-day air") and the part has still not arrived. Kim insists that there is no tracking or order number (yes, she said that) despite having ordered it through their Frigidaire rep. The Superstore has not reached out to me ONCE. I have had to call them every day to ask if the part has arrived. Kim has repeatedly reminded me that they offered me a "loaner," and I finally had to ask her to stop bringing that up.
