Relatively simple job I expected to drop off and come back for. The tech performed the service while I waited, much appreciated. I head to Staples from time to time for printing, CD/DVD burning, copying etc. and have always had good experiences.

Techs are Very good at what they do, pleasant, seem to go out of their Way to help. I have never run into an unpleasant associate.

Oscar from the copy center helped me recover tracking information that Amazon and UPS lost.I would be out $500 if he didn't help so refreshing to find good service!
