Requested refill and they did nothing. Called put on hold then the phone call was dropped. Called again refill request denied. This is for blood pressure medication! So if you need reliable people this is not the place. Obviously they could care less!

Everyone who works here is so helpful and patient. Maureen, Devon, Stephen and the rest of the staff (sorry can’t remember all of their names) are always so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get what you need and take the time to listen. I never mind if there is a little line to wait, as I know they give everyone their time and listen to their needs. They have even called me directly to let me know of any issues with a script I might have. Great group of people!!

Never have I been YELLED at by a cashier who messed up his job. SO unbelievably rude. I will never return to this location. Antonio should have never been able to work in customer service. A big thank you to the gentlemen who helped us bag and was able to help smooth over Antonio’s outburst directed at myself and my mother. Wow.

Excellent Pharmacy and very helpful people, I was there recently and had a tricky situation come up. The pharmacist assisted me quickly, efficiently, and she was a very patient and wonderful person. The lady who worked there around 10:30 am on Wed 9/15/2021 is a living saint. THANK YOU!

I just moved to the Williston area. Went to the Shaw's on moving day to get a few groceries. The young man checking me out saw that I was hurriedly trying to bag my groceries as there were other customers waiting. I asked....you don't help bag? He said no the store is short staffed. So he stood and watched me instead of helping me. At the next register someone on staff WAS helping bag a customer's order. I apologized to the customer who was waiting that I was holding her up. Not a good first impression! Not sure I need to go there again when there are other options in the area.

Writing a review for a grocery store is a bit unusual but in this case necessary. Shaw's in Williston is basically falling apart, the place is filthy, ceiling falling down and coolers failing. I know of a customer who brought a package of meat to the front showing the employees there were maggots inside! They have young folks in charge who basically do nothing while a couple of other employees try so hard to keep things together. It's sad that he store is so terribly mismanaged and I believe they will be losing regular customers.

I have asked repeatedly for an item that they have carried for many years but only off and on. When I couldn't find it on the "off" cycle, I would ask about it. I was told at one point it was the distributor's fault, that they decided what product they would put up. After approaching the distributor, I was told that they were only allowed so much space on Shaw's "display scheme" so if Shaw's doesn't feel my request is apparently important enough, they couldn't supply my re

You want a recommendation? OK I recommend you fix the bike rack so more than one bike can fit there, clean up the trash in the broken carts by the bike rack and picnic table, and stock your shelves better on Sundays.

Maureen is the All-Star here. She genuinely cares, is a happy person, and remembers our names. Couldn't have a better pharmacist:) If she moved to another pharmacy, I would move with her. Overall, it's a convenient location, and the other pharmacists are effective as well.

Smaller selection of non prescription items than a full size pharmacy due to being located inside a grocery store. The staff I've interacted with are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
