I had great service the few times that I have had to go to safelite. Justin from the Williston branch did an amazing job and his customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Safelite and Justin!! Thanks again Justin!

0 Stars. We booked a windsheild replacement on June 29th (10 days ago). They called me from the 05495 location this morning (day of) to let me know it never came in...after 10 days of waiting and setting up rides/too & from the app with approx 60 miles of driving to get there and back. They should have called Fri or Sat if they didn't have it in or there was a shipment issue, not wait until right before the app on Monday to cancel. Piss-Poor customer service. Have called Geico, BBB, Safelite HQ in OH, they will be getting 0 on; Yelp, FB etc...Do NOT recommend. **We also found out, (after we cancelled), from our Geico rep; that the windsheild was listed on "back-order" the ENTIRE time. They literally wasted 10 days of our time with a part that had no hard shipment date, they could only guess as to when it would come in. Again, Piss-Poor Service. Do NOT go here. Go to PORTLAND GLASS, much better customer service.

Used these folks through my insurance for a windshield chip. Very easy to schedule online and they were VERY fast fixing the chip while I waited. No problems at all and I'll definitely use them again if I have any other glass problems!

The initial start of my experience was met with a no show. This could very well have been as I submitted the appointment for a home visit through the progressive app, but I got the confirmation texts and the day went by with no visit so I had to reschedule.
The reschedule date came and I saw a tech, Sam, who absolutely crushed it. Sam was here exactly when he said and he quoted an hour and was gone in an hour. The installation was perfect and I could not be happier with the latter half of this.

Rude front desk person, technicians at the physical location sitting around on their phones, unwilling to assist even with an appointment. 12 minutes late to the appointment due to unforseen circumstances with traffic backed up and still turned away after coordinating with a friend to drop the vehicle off at their shop. Instead was greeted by an ignorant front desk woman who was incompetent and inept in more aspects than "her" job. This was after her lack luster phone call. Would never do business here, wont do business here in the future and will be telling all friends, co workers and the large general public I come in contact with to take business elsewhere along with a large volume business who regularly brings vehicles for glass work to be finished and steering them to a more professional business deserving of spending money at.
Portland Glass is much more reputable. Look at their reviews and steer clear of this business who only offers convience. Buyer beware, even if insurance covers the work bring your vehicle to a higher class more professional facility who values your business not just a revolving door businsss that is bottom of the barrel.

What a very pleasant experience! I had to drive an hour to get to this location, but it was well worth the trip. I arrived with a few minutes to spare before my appointment. One of the gentlemen employees very politely directed me where to park for service. The expected time to complete the windshield installation was about 90 minutes. The waiting room was very clean, tidy, & comfortable, and well stocked with 2 kinds of coffee pods, etc, two kinds of crunchy snacks, and was nicely air conditioned. The restroom was very clean and had all needed supplies. I was even given a handicap friendly chair to use. I really appreciate being able to watch the installers work on my car. To my delight, the installation took less than one hour and Johnathin was courteous, adept, professional, and speedy. The manager, Matt, was a gem: courteous, knowledgeable, well-spoken, helpful and also an experienced professional. I was very fortunate to select this location and meet these two very nice fellows! Additional good things: the texted appointment reminders and progress updates, getting pre-approval in the app for insurance coverage, and getting an accurate estimate. Very pleased with the smooth, speedy process. ?

Well, color me surprised!
I came in for a cracked windshield, and didn’t bother to mention that I had a camera mount adhered to it.
Not only did they peel it off and save it for me, but the tech went so far as to remove the old adhesive from the mount, stuck new 3M double-stick foam tape, and trimmed it nicely to fit.
Everybody is different and has different experiences, problems, a different service tech… but I’m quite pleased.

I gained a chip on the interstate and I needed it patched. 179?!?! Um I don't think so! I patched it myself when I left the Flynn, in a skirt, blazer, long manicured nails and heels. Should be ashamed of yourselves to exploit people in this manner but luckily my patch was in time and looks amazing! Thanks for nothing
