I called because the bottom panel of my garage door was starting to rust from the winter salt and weather. They informed me that this was covered by my warranty and that they could replace it at NO COST to me! I was thrilled and they were efficient. I called at the end of May, they had to order the panel, but they replaced it on July 9th. Service person was very prompt and friendly, and worked quickly. I think he was her about 30 minutes. Great service, great people.

Had my old door operator fail and parts were unavailable. Overhead door installed a new opener quickly and professionally at the fair quoted price. Recommended.

Great service all around: service was scheduled quickly for a door repair, which upon the technician’s arrival was more entailed than we had estimated, but was still repaired quickly and efficiently. If I could give them -5 stars I would. I first called Overhead Door of Rutland as my dad has used them in the past. I was told that I live in the Burlington area and that I had to call them. What a farce. The first phone number I tried went straight to voicemail. The second number was answered by a female who, when I gave her the information on the make/model of my opener said, "We don't handle those. Find someone else." Really? REALLY?? I asked if there was anyone that DID handle the unit I have and the person didn't know. When I pressed her, I was told there might be someone in the Burlington area. I asked who and they VERY grudgingly gave me the name Limoge. Don't bother calling Overhead Door of Burlington. They clearly don't want business and don't believe in customer service.

Wow worst company ever. I personally have never used them before but the way I was spoken to on the phone was very unprofessional. If something happened in the past then leave it in the past don’t take it out on an innocent bystander. Very rude. I hope this gets read and someone hears that phone call because I feel it was very unnecessary to talk to me in such a manner when I’ve never done business with them personally.

We had an old door and old opener. These guys are awesome. From the estimate process and getting us what we needed. To install. They were able to come a few days early for install, which was a nice surprise. Dan did the install and he was very fast and efficient. The door looks absolutely amazing and I cannot believe how much quieter it is than our old clunker! I would recommend this crew to anyone in the Vermont area who needs a door!

Recommending Mike Boyden and Overhead Doors/Builders installed for some top notch customer service. We had a spray foam insulation job completed about 2 years ago in our basement… this season we had some pipes freeze in the crawl space due to a part of the foam work that was initially sprayed incorrectly. Once the problem was identified, Mike and his team promptly responded to our concern and came to redo the work at no cost to us . They even offered to cover the cost of the plumbing bill from the damage that got repaired. Highly recommended.

This company installed two garage doors at my home 10 years ago. A cable on one door finally rusted and broke. I called last week and service was scheduled for this week. I live in northern NH so I didn't expect next day service. Dan arrived at the scheduled time and very quickly and efficiently serviced the door in question. He serviced the second door as well which I appreciated. Given the distance for the service call and the speed with which Dan worked, I'm glad I won't need to have either door serviced for another 10 years. Thank you Dan!
