If you have foot, shin, knee and/or back pain you need to come to this store and get fitted by Sara. She is a 1 in a million jem and I am lucky to have found her. She looked at my feet while standing and walking as well as the wear pattern on my shoes. She instantly knew what was wrong and what shoe would help. I have been struggling for years and Sara fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. She also took the time to show me how to tell when I need a new shoe and/or insert. She is an expert and people should be coming to the store in droves to get fitted properly. You may be in sticker shock at first but believe me it is well worth it and you shouldn't skimp out on your feet. They make sure the rest of your body is supported and as pain free as possible. Thank you, Sara!!

I have wide, achy feet. Their knowledgeable staff was able to help fit me with the best shoes for my needs. They took the time to listen and make suggetions. Great experience.

Let me lead with the fact that the staff here is very helpful and friendly. However, if you cannot get the shoe that you want in store I suggest you go elsewhere.I managed to find a shoe that I liked but I have a hard time finding my size (11.5 womens). I am used to hearing the phrase "sorry we can't get you that" so I was overjoyed when I was told that they could order the shoe in 11.5 in the color that I wanted! Sure it would be a bit of a wait, but it would be worth it. After around 2 weeks, I got the call that my shoes were in. Only to come in and be given a pair in the complete wrong color. Frustrating, but mistakes happen. Someone just pulled a different one because the Purple is out of stock. They'll be back in on the 20th, offered me a discount for my trouble, very nice. That was the 4th, finally called me today (the 30th) that my shoes were in! Right color and everything. Failed to mention they were the WRONG SIZE. So for a second time I came in to the store to try on a shoe that was obviously incorrect from the order. Fed the same excuse "well it's Covid, so they're just pulling something close and sending that". I do understand it's hard to keep stock right now, but if it's going to be impossible to get something then that needs to be said. As it stands, I've now waited over a month and a half, wasted time coming to the store for shoes that were obviously not the ones ordered, and still have nothing to show for it.Was able to go online and order the exact shoe I wanted (color and size) in about a minute and a half. Tried to keep it local, but your warehouse has made sure that I am not coming back in to the store.

I knew I had to get a new pair of sneakers, and I am facing problems with sciatica. I heard that this was the place to go to talk with people who know what they are talking about, and I am glad I did. I did not get the name of my fit specialist, but she took the time to evaluate my situation, explain what is going on in my feet, and recommend the right sneaker. I feel so much better already. I have a well-fitting supportive pair of sneakers that really will give me New Balance. Thank you!

If you have any issues with your feet this is the place to go! I am blown away by the quality of help I received in this store. A few weeks ago I stopped in while in the area looking to replace my current sneakers with a new pair. I spoke to the girl working at the time and she suggested I come back and see Sarah. I made an appointment and came back and man am I thankful. I've had foot issues and shoe fitting issues as long as I can remember, been down the rabbit hole of orthotics (custom and over the counter), doctors, internet research, you name it I've tried it. Coming in to this store may be a life changing experience for me. For the first time I feel like I'm in the right pair of footwear. Sarah was able to look at my situation and find the right fit. She explained everything that was going on better then any other doctor I've seen for my issues. I can not say enough just how amazing the experience was. If you have any issues with finding the proper footwear this is the place to go.

One of the best, most professional retail experiences we’ve ever had. The fit specialist helping my wife was so knowledgeable and taught us things about shoes and feet we’d never heard of before.With compassion and excellent communication, this fit specialist displayed an amazing level of expertise because she is a certified pedorthist. As we interacted with her, and when we left the store, we were confident we were getting the best foot care and shoes we could for my wife. If you are having any issues with feet, hips, back, and footwear, everyone should go to this store in Williston. The best shoes are expensive, but well worth it considering you have to be on your feet for the better part of the day.

I don't like tripping over a little dog and toys while I'm trying to shop for shoes. I don't know if it was a "store dog" or a customers dog... not a pleasant experience! walked out after stumbling on a dog toy on the ground.
