It's a 10k square foot warehouse gym with tons of equipment; if you're looking for a superiorly equipped gym with a friendly fellowship type of atmosphere this is the one. People are supportive, encouraging, and also know how to leave you be if that's what you prefer.

Huge gym with a TON of equipment and squat racks, enjoy coming to this gym when I’m visiting family in VT, they do day pass for $15 or week pass for only $30ish.

Was visiting Vermont in July with my friend and popped in here for a day pass. Was super happy to see calibrated plates and ohio power bars. Jazz, at the front was super kind and welcoming. Great vibe in here and tons of different machines to pick from. Great for a powerlifter like myself!

I was a member here for about a year. Cool gym with an old school, rough around the edges vibe (which I dig). -1 star for consistently broken showers (the reason I eventually left). And -1 star for being a bit high on cost a for the amenities (minimal locker rooms, no ac, questionable Wi-Fi, etc). If you are a lifter who likes the old school vibe and doesn’t need much in the way of amenities or extras, this is the spot for you.

After being stalked and harassed for two months by a staff member I was asked to leave this gym because of the owners long relationship with this person. This staff member changed my photo in the system and turned off my automatic renewal without it being approved management just to cause issues for me. This is not the gym to go to if you are looking to get a workout without being anxious as a woman that men will harass you. They will allow men to stay that are caught taking photos of women but will revoke memberships due to personal vendetta. The staff also posts on their social media page making fun of members. This gym is essentially ran worse than an understaffed public high school.

Best gym in VT! Plenty of room with nice turf area to get different kinds of workouts in. Only thing is machines could be updated as some are broken and haven't been fixed.

Very shady business attempted to lock me into a contract with my credit card info and wouldn’t let me pay with cash. Additionally, multiple machines are broken within the gym and seem to never be repaired. I will be going elsewhere.
