Lenny's and Karen specifically saved my river trip after UPS lost a package from another store. Karen went way out of her way to get me an item overnight half way across the country. Thanks Lenny's and Karen!

Not for nothing but Karen is a great store manager. I had a new pair of boots and they had an issue and Karen was very understanding and apologized for any inconvenience. She immediately replaced them with a new pair. This is the gold standard for any business and Lenny's is also an amazing place for gear they have EVERYTHING!!!!
