Not sure what everyone else's beef is with this place but I've always had a good experience here. They usually have way more unique screws and bolts than the big auto stores with no garbage accessories cluttering the shelves.

If it was possible to leave no stars I would. This company has the worst accounting department in the history of accounting. Not to mention the product is expensive and typically received incorrectly. Do your self a favor and avoid them at all coast.

Not knowledgeable, salesman..negative negative....gave me three NOs....didnt have my product. Didnt offer to even help with any and all information acted like he wasnt interestted in making a sale of any sort...Thank you Fastenal...ps...i went down the street to big box retailer Home Depot....got exactly what i wanted free delivery to boot...Never again to Fastenal.......
