We weren't allowed in the office or building, our order was taken over the phone while standing right outside the door. While loading our order we asked to exchange 1 fence rail due to a large defect and the yard working went off on us. Started being extremely rude and got a major attitude for the rest of the time we were there. We drove 3 hrs to get our fence and were almost at the point we were going to leave it all there.

The Owner of the place waited on us , he was very rude, said some things to me and my wife that weren't appropriate, never going back there again, will buy my fence somewhere else!

It's easy, it's basic, do it yourself, it's better quality, it's personal and up close with owners, knowledgeable, real Vermonters, and you get what you pay for! My Dad went to them for years, after making the mistake of going to big box stores, I'm back and I'm not going anywhere else again. If you're going to do it, do it right the first time.

We were very pleased with our fence, which is clearly a better grade than the ones we looked at Home Depot and Lowes. In my opinion, dealing with a local company whenever possible is a plus.The installer they recommended did a fine job.
