I rarely write a review. Today I had to pick up a script. Normally I have them mailed. This past time I had our scripts mailed we were charged for each script . For each person vs adding them all together which was normally done. I asked the person behind the counter why this may have been done . I was told to contact CVS and they could help me.? Is there a store manager or someone in this store that does know mailing procedures? I walk with a cane. This incident has happened the past two times to me when I visited this store. On occasion I may have an extra item or two.I am told that I have to walk to the front of the store to be cashed out. The last time I was in the customer behind me came to the front of the store and told me she was so sorry that the person at the counter treated me so rudely. So I guess I wasn’t imagining how I was treated.After working almost thirty years in retail I could never ask my customer disability or not to walk across the store to be cashed out.Busy or not! And today was not busy.I am really disappointed with CVS. I have always enjoyed shopping there. And everyone has always been nice.

I brought in some vitamins to return. I threw away the receipt just after buying them and my debit not with me. Couldn’t have been more annoying customer for someone working there. The woman with the colorful pink and blue hair helped. She was totally cool about it and worked with to figure out how to return it with limited resources, ha. I had to text my wife to have her send purchases from her cvs card. Some how this woman made it happen and was really nice and laid back about it the whole time. She also managed to help other customers while helping me the whole time. Thanks for all your help and great customer service!

Rude. Unprofessional and not even one star worthy. Having worked with people in customer service for 30 years not once have I ever spoken to a customer the way two of the employees/associates spoke at me. They most definitely could benefit from a class in positive communication and people skills. I’m never coming here again.

Below average -mediocre customer service…. Pharmacy closed during lunch hour…..store is not as stocked and maintained as other CVS stores in the area….

I find it very easy to refill prescriptions here whereas other places it seems like I have to jump through hoops. I can’t get the app to work here and can’t get help which is why I took a star away.

Tried to pick up my meds there was a problem with the price so trying to get half of my meds for a lower price. They said come back in a hr .

Laura (had name tag on) was very rude about things! Obviously was more into talking to her friend than helping a customer. Sent me down to the self checkout while she went on about something not work related. POOR customer service the minute I walked in.

I wish I could give 0 stars, the employees were rude with me and kicked me out of the store claiming I stole something which I never did. They lied saying they reported me to the police that never happened and refuse to give the number of their bosses. I called to complain about it but I haven’t received any call yet. Because of this I am afraid to go to any store thinking I can be targeted for my ethnicity

Had a great experience with Brielle today for passport photos. She was friendly, efficient and helpful!
