Very poor service. There is no option to speak with a pharmacist when calling, only to leave a message. The associate who returned the call was quite unhelpful. This is such a contrast to how we've been helped at local pharmacies like Kinney and Shaw's. Only tried CVS due to a restriction on the medication, but will not return.

I got wrong medicine. I pick up and see my name, address and medicine right on tag. When I got home open bag and see on container different name and different medicine. I brought it back then they refill the correct medicine for me. Before they give medicine for me, the Pharmacist came to confirm my address. They didn't say any sorry about their mistake. The pharmacist confirm my address, she made me feel as my mistake not from them. The wrong medicine maybe killed the people, but they think that nothing happen. Were they hiring by DEI or what???

The Rewards card really pissed us off. Don't believe the rewards they promise on the price tags, there are always mazes to navigate to get your money. I know the data they get from making monkeys out of their customers is probably really valuable to them, but I'll be choosing a place that is straightforward with their pricing and sales. -Not Your Monkey

I don't understand why the pharmacy staff insists on being unhelpful and even rude. I'm stuck with using CVS due to my insurance but I guess I need to use a different location.

I use cvs pharmacy all the time. The people working there have always been exceptionally helpful, patient and courteous. They have always gone above to have my prescriptions ready in a timely matter or explain changes or try and find what I need if they don't have it. I will always recommend cvs. I've witnessed the people working being screamed at or degraded and yet they have remained courteous and patient and still tried to help. Great pharmacy and great workers

You may have wait times of up to an hour or more to check on a prescription. Half the time, the line disconnects and you have to start all over again. I know that everything is automated to streamline the process, and they have an online application as well, but heaven forbid the AI system doesn't recognize you or your RX number and you need to ask a simple question of the pharmacist. People take medications because they need them and most people don't have hours of free time to get a answer about their medications. Just pick up the phone line from time to time.

Every CVS store has the same design and products. Came down here for the flu jab and the service was really great. It was smooth and quick and the male nurse was very friendly, cannot remember his name.
The stores are well packed and I got a few items too using the $5 coupon given to us for coming for the flu jab

They got 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Pharmacy is so rude. Does not answer phone calls or return calls. I could write 4page review of all the non sense. Totally ridiculous!

The worst Customer service from the pharmacy, first and last time I go there, they don’t even deserve one star. The woman that helped me on the front of the store was so nice and apologized.

I rarely write a review. Today I had to pick up a script. Normally I have them mailed. This past time I had our scripts mailed we were charged for each script . For each person vs adding them all together which was normally done. I asked the person behind the counter why this may have been done . I was told to contact CVS and they could help me.? Is there a store manager or someone in this store that does know mailing procedures? I walk with a cane. This incident has happened the past two times to me when I visited this store. On occasion I may have an extra item or two.I am told that I have to walk to the front of the store to be cashed out. The last time I was in the customer behind me came to the front of the store and told me she was so sorry that the person at the counter treated me so rudely. So I guess I wasn’t imagining how I was treated.After working almost thirty years in retail I could never ask my customer disability or not to walk across the store to be cashed out.Busy or not! And today was not busy.I am really disappointed with CVS. I have always enjoyed shopping there. And everyone has always been nice.
